Human is not able to make meaningful progress without being well educated. Generally, education lies in teachers' everyday life. Looking back on the human being's history, teachers play a central role in disseminating advanced culture, spreading civilized heritage and creating knowledge. Since there have been men there have been education. In truth, primitive written characters symbols the appearance of the rudiments of schools and spawned a career in teaching. In the long run, school and teacher exist within a community that cannot be simply separated. The practice of teachers'profession often tends to be accompanied with its social responsibility for making their students to adapt to the process of socialization and eventually grow up to be full-fledged members of society. Education is composed of three elements:educators, educatees and education activities. As the main body of educational activities, teachers remain being the top priority of the reform of education. Academically, the theory of teachers "ought to be" has been accepted by most scholars. But this paper stands on the different point of view from the perspective of teachers'realistic life by applying methodology of educational narrative research. Structured within the framework of "you and me", six teachers from various primary and secondary schools start to re-examine their daily work. Throughout their introduction, I try to figure out the individual philosophy for Primary and Secondary school teachers.Based on methodology of interview investigation and literature analysis, this thesis focus on narrative research for purpose of looking into the individual philosophy for teachers. Instead of putting forward the ubiquitous educational philosophy, I aim to research in individual philosophy for Primary and Secondary school teachers in order to demonstrate their personality. Education can be interpreted in a practical way. As such, people probably hold diverse viewpoints toward it. Since teachers are the main body of educational activities, their mature understanding of education matters. The core philosophy concept of individual philosophy is the thinking of "I" because it is derived from the philosophy of "I". By applying daily life experience into solving problems in the field of teaching, the essence of individual philosophy for teachers is characterized with practical. According to related sources, teachers'philosophy is not confined to the general educational principle, thus I conduct an in-depth discussion with six teachers from different primary and secondary schools, accordingly to find out their own individual philosophy.At last of the paper, based upon critical discussion, the thesis proposes the perception of the existence of individual philosophy for teachers, and points out that it plays a more crucial role in the field of educational practice. According to my research, teachers are likely to be guided unconsciously by the individual philosophy of "I" to adjust their educational behavior. Additionally, I perceive that it is necessary for teachers to recognize the importance of individual philosophy of "I" and therefore become a poet philosopher in their profession. To sum up, the individual philosophy for teachers can be viewed as a philosophy ideology characterized with practical and reflective.
