Based On CSQ-8 To Design Project Service Object Satisfaction Assessment Tool

With the development of social work, and the increased purchases of social work program by the government, gradually caused the government and the society's attention to the social work project evaluation. But the social work project exist some problems, such as the object is unitary, lack of standard assessment tools and limited resources. Therefore, social work project evaluation tool is especially important in specification, and the design of our country's social work project service object satisfaction assessment tools is imperative.This study is based on the mastering of CSQ-8, and makes it localization improvement so that it can form the improved social work project service object satisfaction assessment tools. It enriches the research achievements in this field. And it can be the reference for our country to carry out social work service object satisfaction evaluation. It is good for the specification of our country social work service object satisfaction evaluation. At the same time, it also developed the application range of CSQ-8.This study compares CSQ-8 with relevant theories, such as service quality scale, social work services satisfaction scale, public service satisfaction index model and so on. Then it determines the assessment dimensions. This study improves the CSQ-8 of the present form, such as the title, issues and options. By consulting experts and semi-structured interview on the service object so that achieves the cross-cultural debugging on CSQ-8. Finally, forming the improved social work project service object satisfaction assessment tools, and verifies the instance.The final study about the social work service object satisfaction evaluation tool contains 12 evaluation dimensions, including expected quality, perceived quality, need satisfaction, problem solving, perceived fairness and its changes, satisfaction of service personnel, the overall satisfaction and recommendation intention and willingness about reelection, satisfied with the project and suggestions.
