Exploration And Practice Of Social Work Service Project Process Evaluation

In recent years,due to the trend of "social accountability" and the rise of managerialism,as well as the increasing demand from all sectors of society for "quality"of social work,the need for social work evaluation has become increasingly strong,and in the social work occupies an important position,the social work service project evaluation,can promote its improvement service,enhance the "quality" level.In order to understand and grasp the implementation process and form of social work service projects,it is necessary to carry out scientific process evaluation of social work service projects.Process evaluation of service projects can test the concrete situation of project implementation,constantly make social service projects get better and improve social identity,thus promoting project implementation.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and practice the process of summer trusteeship service project,to improve the quality of summer trusteeship service project,and to promote its sustainable and effective development.The main idea of this paper is to analyze the CIPP evaluation model theory systematically,and then establish a suitable process evaluation framework to clarify the content of process evaluation,building an index system that includes four aspects:Project Service team,activity development,resource linking and usage,and service delivery,under the guidance of this index system,the process of the project of x Community Summer Trusteeship Service was evaluated.Through the process evaluation of the service project,the author draws the following conclusions:In the course of the project implementation,the members of the project service team have a clear division of Labor,a clear role orientation,and carried out group activities with characteristics,effective use of internal resources,and achieved good project results.At the same time,it is found that there are some problems in the process of project implementation,such as insufficient number of clients,lack of practical experience of social workers,and underutilization of external and potential resources,which are disadvantageous to project implementation and futher promotion.Therefore,in the process of project implementation,attention should be paid to project publicity,enrich the practical experience of service providers,in-depth excavation of available external and potential resources to promote project implementation.
