This master's thesis mainly expounds the important significance of the research of teacher's proposition and proposition training in the teaching of biology and the development of teachers' professional development. An important means of proposition research or the professional development of teachers, improve teachers' professional quality, nurturing effective teaching.It mainly discusses the relationship between biological proposition research and the effective teaching of senior high school biology from five aspects, and the important role of the research in the development of teachers' professional development and professional quality. Comprehensive use of the research literature analysis, comparative study, induction, case analysis and other methods. First, the research areas of the proposition, effective teaching, teacher professional development and other related concepts are defined. Second, build the basis of the subject. Third, the thesis focuses on the proposition of the proposition, and to clarify the construction of proposition research model. Fourth, from a practical point of view analysis the status of effective teaching, influencing factors, teacher quality and practical exploration, expound the construction of biological effective teaching mode. Fifth, based on proposition on how to construct effective biology teaching to carry on the elaboration, through case analysis, put forward to promote effective teaching strategy through the research propositions.
