Education evaluation is related to the direction of education development,and plays an important guiding role in subject teaching.One of the important ways of educational evaluation is to make a test paper and evaluate the teaching and learning quantitatively through the test paper.The test paper should accord with the curriculum standard,according to the curriculum content and the academic quality standard.As an important part of teachers' professional ability,proposition ability is an important manifestation of teachers' professional level,educational research ability and subject professional quality.Based on the above background,this research selects the third grade mathematics test papers of 20 middle schools in Chongqing.Use the SEC analysis mode to analyze the test paper and the curriculum standards in the two dimensions of content and cognitive level.And build a core literacy evaluation framework to analyze whether the test paper meets the requirements of academic quality standards,and get the following conclusions:(1)The overall consistency of the content of the test papers and the curriculum standards: 20 sets of test papers have reached a certain degree of consistency with the curriculum standards,but they do not have a statistically significant consistency.(2)The content and cognitive level of the test paper and the curriculum standards consistency in four thematic areas: The content distribution of the test papers is out of proportion to the content prescribed by the curriculum standards.The weight of "mastery" level is higher than the curriculum standard,and 20 sets of test papers have poor consistency with the curriculum standard under the four subjects.(3)Consistency between the test paper and the curriculum standards in academic quality standards: The examination level of the test paper for core literacy meets the requirements,but the proportion is extremely unbalanced.(4)The quality of teacher propositions needs to be improved: According to research,the consistency of the 20 sets of test papers with the curriculum standards is not high,the content of the test papers is unevenly distributed,and the core literacy tests are unevenly distributed.Teachers still pay attention to the examination of students' numeracy ability when preparing test papers,while ignoring the evaluation of core literacy.Based on the above research,two suggestions are put forward:(1)Suggestions for teachers' teaching and propositions: In daily teaching evaluation,teachers should strengthen theoretical study,update teaching concepts,study curriculum standards carefully,actively participate in topic propositions,and optimize evaluation methods.(2)Suggestions for school-based teaching and research activities: Carry out the teaching and research activities for making test papers,and encourage teachers to participate in making test papers for mid-term and final examinations.
