Research On The Contradiction Between Supply And Demand And Financing Countermeasures Of Elderly University Of Qinhuangdao

Population aging has become a social issue commonly faced by society today,China has both the largest number of elderly population and the fastest growth of aging in the world.The sizeable elderly population has brought about the increasing demand for various aspects of pension service,the development of elderly education which is the primary way to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly population is relatively lagging behind,and it is necessary to study on the way to solve the problem of contradiction between supply and demand in the elder university in order to actively respond to the problem of aging.This article investigates the elder university of Qinhuangdao City as an example,analyzes the contradiction between its supply and demand and its root causes,and according to the analyzes this paper put forwards countermeasures and suggestions.First,this paper describes the research background,research purpose and significance and summarizes the research status at inland and abroad.With the guidance of quasi-public product theory and the specific situation of the elderly university of Qinhuangdao City,the nature of the elderly university is defined to provide a theoretical basis for follow-up research.Second,explain the relevant theories involved in this article,starting from the development of education of the elderly in China,sort out and summarize different types of supply for elderly education in our country,especially for elder universities,make it clear that the existing elderly universities are mainly government-led and rely on the provision of financial allocations.Again,according to the questionnaire investigation of the elderly university in Qinhuangdao City,analyze the quantity and quality of existing supply in elderly university,and using the principal component analysis method to empirically analyze the demand situation of elderly university students,based on the analysis of supply and demand,this paper believed that the root cause of the current contradiction between supply and demand in elderly university lies in its financing difficulties.Then through the game analysis of government and social capital under the guidanceof different policies,the conditions of achieving the optimal stability of the two sides under different circumstances are discussed,and then the key of the government to guide the investment of social capital in the in the elderly university is given,which provides the basis for the exploration of the countermeasures and suggestions for the introduction of social capital to increase the financing of the elderly university.Finally,the general idea of elderly universities elder university led by governments financing to the social capital is constructed,and combined with the PPP model a reference suggestions is also provided for the model of social capital investment.
