Analysis On The Contradiction Between Supply And Demand Of Education For The Elderly In Harbin From The Perspective Of The Combination Of Education And Suppory

In the context of the increasing aging of population,the elderly education has become one of the important measures of social elderly work,and the education of the elderly has become one of the hot topics of research that has attracted the attention of scholars and experts in recent five years.At present,the population structure is unbalanced,the number of elderly is increasing rapidly,the overall quality of the elderly group has not increased with it,and the difficulty of the elderly work is increasing.This kind of social situation has a negative impact on the management and resource distribution of the government departments.Therefore,the author puts forward the research from the perspective of "combination of education and education".The provincial and municipal governments implement the relevant policy documents of the elderly education,and are committed to building a lifelong learning society for all.Looking at the current situation of the development of national elderly education,the coastal cities in the south are better than the inland cities in the north,the East is better than the western ones,and the differences between urban and rural areas are large.Harbin is also not optimistic about the development of the cause of elderly education.The education supply provided by education departments and institutions can not meet the needs of the elderly,and there is a more obvious contradiction between supply and demand.Therefore,from the perspective of combination of education and education,the contradiction between supply and demand of elderly education in Harbin is studied and solved in the perspective of the combination of education and education for the elderly in Harbin The work of the elderly is of great significance.The paper studies the problems of supply and demand of elderly education in four districts of Harbin by using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical research.The anonymous questionnaire is issued in four districts of Harbin to obtain the demand and true view of the elderly people to view the elderly education and education resources.The sample data are analyzed by data analysis software.Finally,the contradiction between supply and demand in Harbin can be divided into three dimensions,namely,demand,supply and demand,The main contents are: the demand is expanding in quantity,diversified in content and modernized in ways;The management system is loose,the resource distribution is unfair,the supply system is seriously unbalanced,and the internal development of education is seriously restricted;First,supply and demand are not equal;Second,the traditional teaching mode is not suitable for the coming positive aging;Third,the number of teachers,the capacity of institutions and the educational needs of the elderly do not match.In the face of the problems that have been exposed,the Adult Education Department of the government department should take the lead,and all institutions and social organizations should implement the specific measures to solve the problems,and put forward suggestions around the following four aspects,aiming to solve the practical problems of the slow development of Harbin elderly education and improve the life happiness and quality of life of the elderly.First,we should reform the existing management system of the elderly education;Second,adjust the distribution of the resources of the elderly education;Third,reconstruct the supply system of the elderly education;Fourth,plan the internal development of the elderly education.Based on the research perspective of the combination of education and support,the two concepts of pension and education are integrated,and the model of pension education can promote mutual win-win,and can save human and material resources cost;We should not only advocate "old people have support","old people have a basis",but also advocate "old have what we do","old people have education",which are also in line with the measures of caring for the elderly advocated by China now.
