Middle school backbone teachers are the core of the secondary vocational school teachers, and to improve their teaching ability is the objective requirement of the survival and development of the secondary vocational school, and also the important guarantee to achieve the goal of the secondary vocational school personnel training.Teaching design is the ladder to success teaching, teaching design ability is an indispensable teaching ability of teachers. To study the status quo of the teaching design of backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools, and to find out the existing problems and their causes, put forward some countermeasures to improve the construction of teachers in Vocational Colleges in China has important practical significance and theoretical value, but also can effectively promote the teaching efficiency and teaching quality of Vocational school.In this paper, through the analysis of the current domestic and foreign research results of the system, the system analysis of the secondary vocational school teachers’ teaching design ability of the relevant issues, through questionnaire survey, action research and interview and other methods, a large number of first-hand information on the secondary vocational school backbone teachers teaching design ability and improving countermeasures. This thesis is divided into four parts:The first part, introduction. The basic background of this paper is analyzed systematically, and the significance and purpose of the research are discussed. Besides, the paper gives a complete introduction to the research ideas and research methods.In the second part, it analyzes the basic connotation, characteristics and structure of the teaching design of the backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools, and the importance of improving the teaching ability of the teachers in the middle vocational school.In the third part, through the investigation and research, the author explored the status quo and existing problems of the teaching design ability of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational school, and analyzed the reasons for the problems, and made preparations for the improvement of the teaching ability of the teachers in the secondary vocational school.The fourth part is mainly based on the problem of the teaching design ability of the backbone teachers in secondary vocational school, and puts forward the reasonable suggestions for improving the teaching design ability of the backbone teachers in middle vocational school.
