In 2019,the State Council issued the 2021 on improving vocational skills(2019-2021)as an important livelihood project to comprehensively raise the level of workers' vocational skills.In recent years,our country has vigorously promoted vocational education education,which is the foundation of vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the teaching level of vocational skills in secondary vocational schools,but the status of vocational ability training in secondary vocational schools is not clear.Based on this,this article takes the training of vocational students' vocational ability as the background,through the literature reading,explores the vocational ability which the vocational school students should have,summarizes the vocational ability as the general ability,the specialized ability,the comprehensive ability.Taking "business etiquette" course as an example,combining the interviews of students,teachers and enterprise experts,this paper sums up the sub-abilities included in each ability.It also found that there are some problems existing in the implementation of business etiquette curriculum in secondary vocational schools: The mismatch between curriculum objectives and the orientation of vocational ability,the incoordination between curriculum structure and vocational ability cultivation,the inosculation between curriculum content and vocational ability,the inoriginality of curriculum implementation and vocational ability teaching,the inplurality of curriculum evaluation and vocational ability examination.On the basis of the problems,the curriculum is redesigned from five dimensions: Setting curriculum goals,adjusting curriculum structure,remolding curriculum content,strengthening curriculum implementation,and perfecting curriculum evaluation,and the result of the course redesign is applied to the actual teaching.Once again through the questionnaire survey and interviews to understand the effectiveness of the curriculum design,found that there are deficiencies,and put forward improvement measures to ensure that the curriculum design can be used in the future secondary vocational schools,"business etiquette" teaching,thus promotes the secondary vocational school student Comprehensive Quality Enhancement,raises the post vocational ability.
