With the continuous development of national education informatization,the promulgation of relevant national policies,the improvement of teachers 'ability of applying information technology has attracted more and more researchers' attention.In the "Opinions on Implementing Teachers' Quality Improvement Programs in Vocational Colleges(2017-2020)",it explicitly states that information technology should be included in the mandatory content of teachers in vocational schools.However,at present,the informationization of secondary vocational education is still the weak link in our country.The overall level of information technology application ability of secondary vocational teachers is generally low.There are few researches on the application ability of secondary vocational teachers in information technology.Therefore,this study proposed the design of vocational teachers information technology application ability training courses.This study starts with the formulation of the "Standard for Information Technology Application of Secondary Vocational School Teachers",analyzes and compares professional standard of secondary vocational school teachers and professional standards of primary and secondary school teachers,improves and perfects the standard of primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application,Vocational teachers information technology application ability standards ",for the design of vocational teachers information technology application ability training courses provide the basis.Then according to the standard design status questionnaire,through the status quo survey on the current level of vocational teachers in Zhejiang Province information technology application level of initial understanding.Finally,based on the "Standard of Information Technology Application Ability of Secondary Vocational School Teachers",taking the existing training curriculum as a reference and based on the status quo survey results,we designed a training course on IT skills in line with the needs of secondary vocational teachers.This article chooses a certain course in curriculum design to carry on the empirical research.A week-long course training was conducted at a university in Zhejiang Province.30 middle vocational teachers at the same ability level were selected.After the training,satisfaction surveys and follow-up surveys were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the curriculum design.The verification results show that the information technology applied ability training curriculum designed by this study can meet the training needs of secondary vocational teachers,and the ability of secondary vocational teachers to use information technology is improved.
