| Considering the implementation of the new curriculum reform and classroom teaching management requirements needing improving,teachers should not only arouse the students’ interest in learning,create a positive classroom atmosphere,but also control the class order to avoid chaotic situation resulting from the opening and the easing of the teaching mode.English classroom teaching management is also facing the problems above.English teachers are supposed to learn from the advanced teaching mode,improve the quality of classroom teaching,arouse students’ inner desire to learn through cooperative and interactive teaching activities and meanwhile ensure the efficiency of classroom teaching management.Therefore,this paper,combined with the actual situation of H Middle School,aims to study teaching management issues of the high school English classroom,hoping to guide the English classroom teaching management of Senior High School for reference.The paper takes the action3 research as the research paradigm,and uses the literature method,the case method,the questionnaire survey method and the experiment method to analyze the classroom management situation of the high school(11)class which the author teaches.The study has found that most of the students can observe the rules of the classroom management,concentrated,and their knowledge is better,but the classroom problem behaviors still exist.The main problem is main body participating in classroom teaching do not play its role;classroom teaching management resources aren’t used adequately,lacking flexibility in the classroom discipline management and the backward classroom teaching management method.In addition,the classroom teaching management philosophy is not scientific and the classroom teaching management efficiency is low.The causes of these problems result from several aspects: the first is the classroom teaching main body;The second reason is the classroom teaching environment;The third is the classroom discipline reasons;The fourth is classroom teaching management skills;Fifth is the classroom teaching management;The sixth is school reasons.In view of this situation,the author has carried out a experiment about the teaching management lasting for a semester,which contribute to the significant improvement of the students’ English level,the students’ interest in learning English and the confidence in learning English.Therefore,according to the experience,the author puts forward the six strategies under the multidimensional and three management principle : Improve the overall quality of teaching main body;create a favorable environment of English classroom teaching;make the classroom discipline with the subject characteristics;improve teaching management skills;English teachers enrich the teachers’ classroom management theory knowledge and improve the school classroom teaching management environment. |
