The Classroom Teaching Management Action Research Of Secondary Vocational School’s 《Elementary Accounting Courses Teaching》Course

In recent years, with the rapid development of china’s economy, allenterprises are constantly increase the demand of technical talents. TheGovernment attaches great importance to vocational education, invests a largenumber of money to develop it. However, there are some problems do notmatch with: the vocational education is facing unprecedented problems; somevocational schools recruit students fewer and fewer, the quality of studentsdecreases obviously; students are getting more difficult to manage and teach.Classroom teaching can not be effectively carried out. How to be effectivelyimplement classroom management of vocational school, and how to improvethe quality of classroom teaching, are the two common problems faced by ourvocational school teachers. We vocational school teachers also should explorethe most important issue to resolve.This research is based on the basic theory knowledge of pedagogy andpsychology. The main methods are literature, questionnaires, interviews,action research and also other research methods. It is based on the analysis ofvocational school classroom teaching management problems, we propose theclassroom management action plan to solve these issues, and in2013,between March to July, we implement this plan at2012LogisticsManagement Class Elementary Accounting Courses Teaching>> course inBaotou Vocational School Financial Information. This paper describes actionplan and implementation process to improve classroom management. In theend, we summarize the action effect, and make a further improvement idea.We strive to provide a reference to other vocational school’s classroomteaching managers, let one unit guide a whole area, and continuously improve the quality of classroom teaching in vocational schools.
