Based On The Job Search Theory Analysis College Graduates' Employment

A complex series of factors, such as employment policy change, college enrollment expand, significant differences in the labor market exist, market competition exacerbate, etc, make employment situation of college students is getting worse. And what is more, the emergence of the financial crisis makes the situation more badly. College students are important of human resources, scientific and reasonable allocation of college students is the key to realize efficient distribution of national resource, and promote economic development and social stability. Job search model could provide a strong theoretical analysis framework for a reasonable operation mechanism of our labor market, analysis and research labor behavior from the realistic and standard angle, and guide labors'behavior in the process of job search. College students' job search action is obvious, influence factors is complex, use the model to analysis is very appropriate.In our country, many scholars have analysis the job search behavior of different laborers and the influence factors of job search. On the basis of the existing researches, with the knowledge of labor economics, use the job search theory, this article analysis college graduates'bias of seeking jobs, and thus bringing about students'voluntary unemployment, then raise more reasonable suggestions for some scheme. The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, in the job search process, there are employment prejudices in work regional and work units selection. University graduates is not have any opportunities for jobs, but expect to have better job opportunities if continue to search, then refuse the existing job, choose voluntary unemployment. Secondly, at present, external search mode of college students looking for jobs (continue to search jobs after employed) seems to improve the university students' unemployment status in the short term, but has caused some damage to employers, state and college students in the long term. It should be improved to internal search mode, in order to reduce the employing cost and risk, promote college students' employment force, and ease employment pressure of whole society.Thirdly, in the process of searching for jobs, college students should notice the grassroots employment space and opportunities. They should change their visions from developed economic regions to west region and undeveloped areas, from state organs, large enterprises and foreign ones to small and medium-sized private enterprises and township enterprises, change employment prejudice, and realize employment smoothly. In this process, there are some objective factors, as social employment services inadequate, government regulation not strong enough and so on, some subjective factors, like traditional concept and existing values fall behind, make grassroots employment process is not smooth. So government, school, society should also give full support and guidance, improve the college students' overall employment structure, and help the students realize grassroots employment smoothly.College students are a special group of employment, are our extremely important and valuable resources of economic and social development. College students' unemployment is not only education problem, but also economic and social problems. Promoting college students' employment is complicated system engineering, related to China's long-term development, economic stability, and social harmony. In the current social background, to fundamentally solve difficulties of college students' employment, promote the college students' employment, need to consider for whole society system, need to strive from government, universities, enterprises and students together, under government policy support, establish an employment mechanism made up with universities, employment unit and social.
