To get help from job search model, this paper researches the impact of family background on employment of college graduates with two levels. On the one hand, by amending the basic model and static comparison to review the impact generated from family background on the employment performance of graduates individual. On the other hand, in the light of the characteristics of China's dual economy, and we make good use of conceptual framework and analysis method of general equilibrium model, Bringing into family background factors, we discuss the impact of the various indicators of family background on the offering wages of two types of companies and overall employment levels .Our study conclusion show that: Firstly, the greater family can give financial support to the individual , the relatively lower search costs are, then the reservation wage will be higher, while the positive nature of the search job of seekers will be offset , which will extend its last time of searching. Overall, the more family give financial support, then the more it will benefit for the disadvantaged family back- grounds of graduates to find a more desirable position, and can improve the overall level of employment. To the graduates of the advantages of family background, the more economic support the family gives, the further improved on the level of higher wage offer. However, in the conditions of dual labor market, the impact on overall employment levels is negative.Secondly, the value of an individual's leisure can be found on their level of impact of the wage offer is a positive direction. However, the impact of the leisure value of two types of seekers on the equilibrium unemployment rate is inconsistent.Thirdly, the higher the individual's discount factor, then the business but will offer to reduce their wages. While the greater the short-term discount factor, the intensity down the search, the matching between searcher and those jobs becomes more difficult, thereby it will increase equilibrium unemployment rate. But with the extended period of unemployment, during cross-search process, he probability of employment rate of advantages family background will be greatly enhanced, and the equilibrium unemployment rate will be reduced.Fourthly, the greater the individual's short-run discount factor and long-run the discount factor, the individual will pay a greater search effort, and under certain conditions, their reservation wage will be higher. If the probability of employment is main led by arrival rate, then the short-term and long-term discount factor on the probability of job-seekers will show a positive effect on employment.Finally, we made conclusions based on the above: In order to promote employment equity, the Government should narrow the gap of confidence between college students from source; Functional departments should give more concern to the employment of college graduates who come from disadvantageous family background. Making up for family background disadvantages of graduate Health and economic support gaps; To enhance the employment guidance, to establish a correct view and correct positioning of the employment of their own value. Community should provide more power for college graduates to face the secular competition, and provide more equitable employment environment and employment opportunities.
