Due to the blooming economic development and compete, the labor market in China also has a great development. In this big environment situation, job searchers become more amateur and selective because job searchers also need to consider the individual dominance ability. How the job searcher base on their ability, competency, job requirements, labor supply and demand from the labor market situation, they will decide how to select a appropriate job after they graduate from the university. What the factors will judge these job searchers to find out a new job? How to increase the employment rate because there are so many new labors provide by the school? What kinds of the attitudes and behaviors will influence the job searcher? Above all the questions are the motives what this research expects to study.This research is based on recruitment theory, behavior theory and personality theory to study the undergraduate students'job search behavior in Shang Hai region. What kinds of the factors and process will influence they find job in Shang Hai? Are there any factors may predict to search a good job? Under the tough situation of employment, this study expects to provide the suggestion when they are doing job search behavior.This study's research structure is based on TPB(Theory of Plan Behavior) Model initial by Ajzen. The purposes of this research expect to understand what the variables will influence the job search behavior. The independent variables are individual characteristics, subjective norm, environment factors; dependent variables are job search intensity and job search channels. The behavior intention will be a mediator variable to explain the mediator effect. Demographics is control variable.This research empirical evidences show that the job search individual personality didn't have the significant effect on job search channels of empirical evidence. However, the individual personalities have the significant effect on job search intensity. Subject norm and environment factor show the partial significant effect on job search behavior. Individual personalities, subject norm have the significant effect on intention, environment factors only partial significant effect support the hypothesis. Intention—Mediator variable appear the significant effect between the independent variables and dependent variables, the empirical evidence support the study hypothesis. How they will assist these job searchers increase the employment rate under the big employee pressure. The employment department may take place related activities such like psychology seminar to enhance the confidence of the students, what the key rules are when they interview with the business supervisor, what the attitudes and behaviors they need to have when they will join the new position in the company. This study shows enhance the intention behavior will increase the job search behavior frequency. The increase of the frequency will raise up the employment probability for the students who will graduate from the university.
