Chemistry is one of the important disciplines to cultivate students' scientific literacy.Micro courses,a new learning resources, improve the effect of chemical teaching. It not only played a very good complement to the traditional teaching, but also gave students the autonomy, reflecting the new curriculum "student as the main" concept. But the chemical micro courses also exists a single way of communication, poor learning experience and other problems. Therefore,in the background of high school segment, the concept of interaction is introduced in the design of chemistry micro courses and made from human-computer,interpersonal and content. The design and application of interactive high school chemistry micro courses are studied on this basis. The main research work is as follows:First, this issue explain the research background and domestic and foreign research status, clear research purposes and methods.Second, this issue introduces the concept, characteristics and classification of network teaching interaction and micro courses, and the theoretical basis of designing and applying interactive high school chemistry micro courses.Third,,this issue talks about the design principle of interaction is put forward, and the "three steps" design pattern,"secondary classification" course system.Forth, according to the above design requirements, respectively, introduced the fact, theory, strategy, skills and affection of five cases of design methods.According to the "mixed" application model, this issue selected some micro courses case applied to the actual teaching.Fifth, this issue analyzed the teaching effect. Finally, the research results and the shortcomings of the study are summarized, and the future development of related fields are forecasted.
