Research On Reserve Talent Cultivation Of Canoeing In Hubei Province

Nowadays,competitive sports are facing more and more intense competition.The construction and cultivation of reserve talents echelon are related to the sustainable development.It is not only reflected in the competition of talent quantity,but also the competition of talent predisposition.In short,The athletic sports reserve talent is the future of competitive sports.To build competitive sports in China,we must raise the training of reserve talents to the height of strategic development.The level of reserve talents is the cornerstone of the competitive sports strength.The construction of talent echelon is an important way to develop the level of competitive sports.Canoeing Reserve Talent is a very important strategic position in China.Canoeing is main force to improve the level of water sports and the strength of practitioners.Looking back the history of the world's sports development,only to focus on the future,attention to the construction of outstanding young echelon and continue to cultivate the country,that can ensure becoming a powerful sport country.Hubei Province,as the economic province of Huazhong region,has made many achievements on the sports development.The quantity and quality of canoeing reserve training are directly related to the development of water projects.Although,the past two years,the strength of kayaking in Hubei Province has improved,but the level of competition has to be strengthened.The reason for Hubei Province canoeing blocked is lack of reserve talent.I take several typical sports schools in Hubei Province as the research object,including:Wuhan Sports College Sports School,Yichang City Sports School,Xiaogan City Sports School,Xiangyang City Sports School,Jingmen City School,Huangshi City Sports School,Ezhou City Sports School.In the process of research,a variety of methods are used to provide guidance,including:literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and data statistics.To improve the overall level of athletic competition,theoretical research is essential.I have made following conclusions:1 It is reasonable to cultivate the basic structure of kayak movement reserve in Hubei province.Also,kayak is not enough,and the enrollment channel is deficient.2 Coach level:There are not enough job to coach,and the current salary level is not satisfied.athletes level:the basic conditions is poor,and athletes are not into culture lessons.3 The sports facilities are polarized significantly.Developed areas are faster,and have new facilities.On the contrary,developing areas are slowly and facilities are old.4 City sports school' s health insurance is sound,but still need to develop;city sports school ' s retired athletes resettlement is to be resolved,and social security is to be further improved.5 The development idea of Hubei Province is clear,but from the implementation aspect,the idea still need to improve gradually.
