In this paper, using the method of documentary, expert interview,questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis of competitive tennisreserve talented person in Hubei province to study the following conclusions.(1) in Hubei province competitive tennis reserve talented person troop growingyear by year, the number of athletes increased year by year, but students structure istoo single, athletes to participate in the tennis training motivation and purpose isstronger; Competitive tennis coaches in Hubei province are mainly composed ofyoung and middle-aged, cultural degree, qualified coaching experience rich, thecoaches job training to compete in a strong will, to work enthusiasm is not high.Reserve personnel selection has not formed a complete selection mechanism, tennistraining needs to improve scientific level, number of athletes in the competition is notmuch, female athletes of national comprehensive ranking than male athletescomprehensive rank; Learning and training contradiction athletes, lead to culturalachievement is not high, but the athletes to culture learning more attention; Hubeitennis sport management center management system is not perfect, to cope with theprovincial reserve talented person support was intensified.(2) Competitive tennis reserve talent cultivation mechanism of Hubei province isdivided into: dynamic mechanism, integration mechanism, incentive mechanism,control mechanism and guarantee mechanism. The mechanism of interdependence,mutual promotion and common role in Hubei province competitive tennis reservetalented person development, reflects the competitive tennis reserve talented personmore comprehensively and systematically in Hubei province.
