Promoting the education inspection work could greatly improve the quality of education.Recently education inspection work has been paid further attention in China,and the education inspection standards have also been built at both of the national and local level successively.Ofsted had published the school inspection handbook in 2015,which introduced the detailed indicators on different aspects.The research aims at,through introducing and analyzing the inspection indicators of UK,choosing the suitable education inspection indicators from British primary and secondary school education grading inspection,putting forward some opinions and suggestions for our country's education inspection work.Chapter1.Introduction.This chapter includes the problems introduction,the research purpose and content,the literature review,the significance of the research,research ideas and research methods.Research question of this paper mainly focuses on: 1.what are the dimensions and indicators of the British primary and secondary school education inspection? 2.what is the degree of recognition of the British indicators by the educators in our country? 3.what is the significance of the construction of our country to build the inspection indicator system? The research will start though the method of collecting data and analyzing data.Chapter2.In the part of theoretical research,first of all,these five core concepts are defined: "education inspection",“education equality ",“grading inspection”,“inspection indicators”,and " inspection standards”.Then,it is the theoretical analysis of "education effectiveness theory",“target management theory”,and “education evaluation theory”,which will lay the foundation of the whole research.Chapter3.The part mainly introduces the idea of the inspection in UK,and the new content of inspection standard,including the outstanding good,requiring improvement and inadequate standard in different dimensions.Chapter 4 is the interview research and Chapter 5 is the questionnaire research.This study mainly takes the research methods of collecting data and analyzing data.Firstly,from the British education bureau website,the author search the newest standards of school inspection handbook in British,and then translate it into Chinese,and then localize the indicators,forming the interview outline and survey questionnaire of this study;And then interviewing the 12 people from 8 cities of 5 provinces in mainland China,and put the recording into text,and then analyze the interview content statistics.On the questionnaire distribution,this research collected effective 33 questionnaires from 12 cities of 5 provinces in China,and then analyze them using excel.Through the analysis of interview and questionnaire,the research concludes the opinions and suggestions.Chapter 6.The paper concludes the enlightenment.Firstly,it is important to pay more attention to students' security and consider adding the indicator of students cope with the school to friendly cooperate to prevent the occurrence of bullying added to the inspection systems;It is still not the time to promote the leaders and managers to promote the education equity in our country;Students read widely and often,with fluency and comprehension appropriate to their age;Evaluation indicatorsattach great importance to the teacher's professional development;Britain will take students development and achievements as the standards of evaluation of school quality.
