The Research Of The Educational Inspection Evaluation System About The Examination In Secondary And Primary School

Educational inspection, according to our country's educational laws, regulations and policies as well as the educational scientific theory, the educational inspection institute inspects and examines and evaluates ,inspects and accesses the educational work, in order to promote the educational proficiency and quality and to ensure the realization of the educational project. Since the renewed and rebuilt educational inspection system in the middle of 1980s, we have made certain contribution to the education course and accumulated some successful experience during the process of recovering, rebuilding and developing for almost 20 years, greatly promote the compass of overall education for secondary and primary school and proceed quality education and promote the improvement of educational management and educational quality and educational efficiency and form the feature of mainly inspection policy and inspection study. However, there is some kind of gap compared with the educational system of some developed countries, especially the weakness of the theory research and practising exploration of the inspection work of the educational teaching micro field. This thesis is based on the key program of national educational science "the fifth ten-years plan" arrangement of the government educational inspection office of Dafeng which is given by the national educational inspection group and the educational inspection department of provinces and cities. According to the background of the new round of basic educational course reform asking for course evaluation reform and based on the investigation and analysis of examinations circumstance of secondary school and primary school in Dafeng Jiangsu province analysis the function and content of the examination in secondary and primary school. The requirement of reality makes us realize the necessity and urgency of the inspection evaluation of examinations. Though the examination theory and practice comparative research of educational inspection evaluation system, it provides the ideas of the project system of inspection and program construction.There are some mistakes about the times of the examination in secondary and primary school when inspecting the secondary school and primary school in Dafeng, Jiangsu province. Because of the gloving mentality, there are less times about the test-centred education than the practicing times. It doesn't influence the result from the the investigation and analysis. This paper is expected to provide some feasible advice and countermeasures.The paper is made up of five parts:The first part, problems advanced. The part expatiates the necessity of the exam in the school. It is possible that we guide the evaluation according to the demanding about the new foundation education course reforms and through the investigation and analysis of examinations circumstance.The second part, the theoretical analysis of the examination in secondary and primary school. The part analysies the theme, essence, functions, contents, types, ways and steps of the examination in secondary and primary school.The third part, constructing the educational inspection evaluation system about the examination in secondary and primary school. The part analyses the history anddeveloping direction based on the analysis the examination in secondary and primary school theoretically, providing the necessity about constructing the educational inspection evaluation system about the examination in secondary and primary school and some ways about the constructing the educational inspection evaluation system.The fourth part, constructing the project of the inspection examination in secondary and primary school. The part provides directing thoughts, guideline systems and generalizing problems designed of the educational inspection evaluation system about the examination in secondary and primary school, based on the above three parts.The fifth part, discussing the correlating problems. I will pay more attention in the unsolved problems listed in the researching process.
