Compared with the contract,the legal provisions and other explicit contract,the psychological contract refers to the psychological recessive expectations,the implementation of psychological contract is an effective way to promote kindergarten management,our current psychological research on kindergarten teachers is relatively small,concerned about This study focuses on the relationship between the implementation of mental contract and the working state of kindergarten teachers as the main research context,and puts forward some suggestions for the management of kindergarten,and provides theoretical support for managers to effectively manage kindergarten.The research contents of this research are mainly explained by the following aspects:Research purposes:(1)To prepare the questionnaire on the psychological contract of kindergarten teachers,to explore the relationship between the contents and structure of the questionnaire,analysis and demographic variables;(2)On the basis of the questionnaire on the psychological questionnaire of kindergarten teachers,the relationship between the expectation and the actual performance of the kindergarten teachers' psychological contract and the demographic variables was analyzed,and the matching test was carried out to compare their expectations and actual performance difference between;(3)This paper analyzes the actual performance of the psychological contract of the kindergarten teacher and the job satisfaction and turnover intention,and obtains the research result with the localization characteristic,and discusses the reason of the possible result.Research methods:(1)Using interviews to conduct in-depth interviews with kindergarten teachers,and compare the contents of the interview with the literature,to explore the questionnaire may exist;(2)The use of literature,the study of the structure of the psychological contract of teachers to sort out the literature;Structure,through the expert assessment of the questionnaire to modify,the formation of the first questionnaires.Through the exploratory factor analysis,the questionnaire structure in line with the study expected,and then through the confirmatory factor analysis to determine the questionnaire structure,the formation of a formal questionnaire.(3)Analyze the recovery data of the formal questionnaire,and explore the difference between the different demographic characteristics and the mental contract expectation and the actual performance of the kindergarten teachers.(4)The relationship between the actual performance of kindergarten teachers and teachers' job satisfaction and turnover tendency is analyzed.Analysis conclusion:(1)There is a significant difference between the expectation of the mental contract of the kindergarten teacher and the actual performance of the mental contract of the kindergarten teacher;(2)The demographic characteristics of the kindergarten teacher's psychological contract and the mental performance of the kindergarten teacher's psychological contract;(3)The Effect of Psychological Contract on the Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Preschool Teachers.
