Psychological contract is a kind of complex psychological structure,it is a mutual expectation between organizations and employees,except for economic contracts,which is unwritten but perceived by both sides.It is the link between the psychological and emotional links between the employees and the organization,and it is an effective supplement to the text contract.In this paper,in order to optimize the construction of teaching staff of Private Higher Vocational Colleges for the purpose of research on influence on Teachers' turnover intention in private higher vocational colleges from the perspective of psychological contract,and do empirical research to N vocational college teachers,and then put forward suggestions and countermeasures related to the management of teachers in private higher vocational colleges.Based on the existing literature,this paper analyzes the research theory of psychological contract and summarizes the status.Combined with the author's working background,it compiled and compiled the psychological contract questionnaire of private vocational colleges,and used SPSS data analysis tools to analyze the data collected from questionnaires.Firstly,exploratory factor analysis is used to verify the structure of psychological contract.It is proved that there are two dimensions of psychological contract in Private Vocational Colleges: transaction responsibility and relationship responsibility.Secondly,we use independent sample T test method on the gender of the teachers before vocational teachers experience the two variables for test,and test the differences on other demographic variables by using the method of single factor analysis of variance.The results show that the demographic variables from the perspective of teachers,to fulfill the responsibility of cognitive psychological contract.Teachers' dismiss ion intention were no significant differences in the impact of.Finally,by using the method of independent sample T test analysis perspective from the perspective of teachers and administrators of the responsibility of psychological contract cognition,comparison of psychological contract responsibility in two from the perspective of the fulfillment of the cognitive differences,the cognitive difference is a predictor of teacher's turnover intention.
