The work environment has attracted the attention of scholars in psychology,management and sociology,and teachers make cognition of some factors in the work environment and have an important influence on their work attitude and behavior.Previous studies have concluded that there are many factors affecting teachers' turnover tendency,but teachers' perception of the working environment can better predict the loss of employees and their attitude to work.For the study of work environment perception,most of the research subjects focus on two groups of employees and medical staff.Therefore,this study measures the perceived work environment of kindergarten teachers,and discusses the perception of work environment,job satisfaction and turnover from the perspective of kindergarten teachers The relationship of inclination.In this study,577 kindergarten teachers in Liaoning Province were used as the research object to explore the current situation and relationship of the three variables of kindergarten teachers' work environment perception,job satisfaction and turnover tendency.The conclusion of this study :1.The overall working environment perception of kindergarten teachers and their scores in each dimension are in the middle level.There are significant differences in the perception of kindergarten teachers' working environment in terms of age,kindergarten type,marital status and kindergarten location;2.The overall job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers is at the middle level and influenced by age,teaching age,marital status and kindergarten location;3.Kindergarten teachers tend to leave at the lower middle level,and there are significant differences in age,teaching age,type of kindergarten,education,marital status,kindergarten location,know positive prediction of job satisfaction,kindergarten teachers' job environment perception,job satisfaction has a negative predictive effect on turnover tendency;5.kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the relationship between job environment perception and turnover tendency.In view of the above conclusions,from the kindergarten and teachers themselves twolevels of effectiveness of the recommendations.
