The Demands Satisfaction Research On Youth Of Compulsory Isolation Detoxification

In 2017,China Anti Drug Report pointed out that the characteristics of drug addicts become younger,the problem of drug abuse among young people has become a social problem can not be underestimated.With the development of society,the state provides support for drug rehabilitation services,providing an opportunity for social work to intervene in the field of drug rehabilitation.Domestic research on the social work service of drug abuse in China has gradually developed,which plays an important role in promoting the development of drug rehabilitation in China.However,the research of academic circles in our country is mainly focused on the field of community detoxification,and there is very little research on the compulsory isolation of drug work.This research is a qualitative study of the compulsory social work of drug addiction for drug abusers,through interviews with staff and clients of social work detoxification services in the Z city.The information is collected and use Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as a research perspective,the needs of the project to meet the needs of the object,the lack of demand and the service needs of the service to meet the needs and difficulties of the study were studied.The study found that the basic needs of all levels of juvenile compulsory detoxification services have been satisfied,but the shortage of demand is mainly in the low quality of low demand and lack of attention of high demand for compulsory young people,and also found that the level of demand of forced isolation will affect the situation of demand satisfaction.A further study found that the service item has a certain value and significance in meeting the demands of service object,but in the process of the operation of the project has encountered some difficulties,including the external environment dilemma,and also includes the plight of the project itself.The problem of low support to the external environment is mainly due to the poor involvement of the project and the institutional dilemma of the drug addicts themselves.And the problems of the operation and service of the project,the main problems are the decision-making difficulties of the organization,the plight of human resources and the defects in the operation of the project.Finally,in view of these difficulties,mainly offer proposals from the following four major aspects:improve the anti-drug legislation and policies,strengthen the system construction of drug rehabilitation centers,standardize the system construction of social work organizations and adjust and improve the specific operation of the service projects.Specific measures include:the state should improve the anti-drug legislation and policies to adapt to the local drug rehabilitation work,ensure the development of drug rehabilitation work and enhance the importance of anti-drug social work service;strengthen the construction of the system,change thinking and methods of the inherent work,and strengthen the training of talents and the protection of the system;standardize the system construction of social work organization,explore how institutions can adopt various resources,innovate the personnel system and financial system in support of local government,and establish the persistence of guarantee service of anti-drug development fund;finally,it is necessary to promote the development of social work and administrative work,introduce a variety of service models,pay attention to the cultivation of specialized talents and establish long-term supervision mechanism.In this way,ensure that the basic requirements of the policy,environment,talent and other conditions can be meet,so as to promote the isolation of drug addiction to further meet the needs of young people.
