Research purposes:This study explored the effects of core strength training on balance ability, flexibility and speed quality of compulsory isolation drug addicts, and compared it with traditional rehabilitation methods to evaluate the effects of different exercise modes on compulsory isolation drug addicts. It can provide reference for the rehabilitation training of compulsory isolation and related research fields, and provide theoretical and practical basis for future core strength training as an effective rehabilitation means.Objects and methods: From August 2018 to October 2018,60 adult male drug addicts who met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected from a compulsory detoxification center in Shanghai(all compulsory isolation detoxification personnel volunteered to participate in the experiment and signed consent forms)for three months of training. The subjects were randomly divided into core strength training group(experimental group)and traditional rehabilitation training group(control group),30 in each group. The two groups were given exercise intervention program for three months, three times a week,60 minutes each time.During the exercise, exercise intensity was monitored.Forced isolation of drug addicts required wearing heart rate meters, and heart rate changes were monitored at all times. Before and after the experiment, the changes of physical fitness of two groups of compulsory isolation drug addicts were recorded and analyzed. After collecting and classifying the data, excel was used to establish the database, and SPSS was used for statistical analysis.Chi-square test was used for counting data.Paired T test was used for intra-group comparison, independent sample T test for inter-group comparison and non-parametric test for non-normal distribution. The results are as follows:1.Baseline comparison of statistical data There was no significant difference in the scores of age, height, weight, education level, occupation, marital status, number of drug detoxification and physical fitness between the experimental group and the control group(p > 0.05).2.Indicators of physical fitness test After three months of core strength training, the balance ability, flexibility quality and speed quality of the experimental group had significant difference before and after the experiment(p<0.01),while the indexes of the control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment(p>0.05),and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(p < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Long-term core strength training can effectively improve the physical quality of drug addicts under compulsory isolation, and the static balance ability of drug addicts under compulsory isolation can be effectively improved.2.The flexibility quality of drug addicts under compulsory isolation has been effectively improved in the long-term core strength training.Core strength training can obviously improve the flexibility quality of drug addicts under compulsory isolation and make the body of drug addicts under compulsory isolation softer.3.The displacement speed of drug addicts under compulsory isolation is effectively improved during training.Core strength training can significantly improve the running speed of drug addicts under compulsory isolation.4.The research results show that the core strength training has obvious advantages over the traditional rehabilitation training in drug rehabilitation centers, because the core strength training has more obvious effect on improving the physical quality of strong abstainers, and requires little space and equipment. The core strength training is an effective physical rehabilitation method and can be popularized in drug rehabilitation centers.
