In this paper,the physical condition of male addicts in a compulsory isolation detoxification center in Guiyang was investigated.The physical condition of male addicts was detected and analyzed by statistical methods.Through the examination of the physical quality of the addicts,the relatively poor indexes were drawn up and effective physical exercise methods and plans were formulated,so as to provide guidance and training for the addicts.At the same time,let the drug addicts pay attention to health and physical exercise,so that sports can be used as an effective means of physical recovery.From July 2017 to August 2017,150 male addicts who met the standard of physical fitness were selected as the subjects of physical examination in a compulsory isolation rehabilitation center in Guiyang.According to the entry time,respectively,2016 entry,2017 entry,the ages were 18-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,four different stages.In the process of physical fitness monitoring,strictly monitoring standards,to ensure the authenticity of data.Through the use of Excel to record physical test data and establish database,data analysis using SPSS 21 statistical software,with using the sample t test,independent samples t test of normal distribution,do not accord with normal distribution by using non parametric test.Findings 1.the basic situation of statistical data comparisonThere was no significant difference in age,height,weight,education level,marital status and time of admission(P>0.05).2.compare the fitness test indicators with the normAfter half a month of physical fitness test,compared with the norm,the extremely significant change in choice reaction time(P<0.01),standing long jump,sit and reach,grip,push ups,there were no significant change(P > 0.05).Among them,the 3 indicators of poor test results were lung capacity,closed eyes,single foot standing and fifty meter dash,and there was a very significant change(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.3.comparison of physical test at different agesThere were significant differences in 4 different age groups: sitting position,body flexion(P<0.05),and standing with one eye closed(P<0.05).The most significant difference was the one thousand meter dash(P<0.01)and the fifty meter dash(P<0.01).Through the comparative analysis of 4 addicts at different ages,it was found that the best test results of vital capacity,reaction time,grip strength,fifty meter run and standing long jump test were 18 to 29 years old.Close eyes,standing on one foot,push ups,and one thousand meter running tests were best for 30-39 years.The best outcome of sitting position was 40-49 years old.Among them,50 to 59 years old,the indicators were lower than the other 3 age groups.Conclusion: 1.through the physical test and analysis,we found that the compulsory isolation addicts were one thousand meters running,fifty meters running,closing eyes,standing on one leg and lung capacity.2.the physical quality of the different age groups,and the most outstanding indicators are 30-39 years old drug addicts.The worst is the 50-to 59 year old drug addicts.3.through the physical test analysis,compulsory isolation drug addicts should strengthen the cardio pulmonary function and aerobic exercise related,so as to improve the vital capacity and a kilometer running,development of endurance quality,improve the respiratory system level.Compulsory isolation drug addicts should also strengthen the balance of quality exercises,improve the balance of brain control and coordination of various parts of the body.In the case of physical conditions,the gradual development of appropriate explosive force exercises to improve physical strength.
