The essence of higher education is to cultivate people's activity,the quality of higher education is high or low,the final results should be determined by students'learning outcomes.In recent years,more and more scholars at home and abroad have begun to pay attention to the internal guarantee of the higher education quality through the measurement and assessment of student learning outcomes.But the current research object is mainly undergraduates,for postgraduate learning outcomes measurement and evaluation is still in its infancy.Therefore,how to quantitatively evaluate the talent cultivation effect of graduate student training units is the key problem of this research.Therefore,this study from the past mainly by the macro level to explore the quality of graduate education to micro student learning outcomes,and tries to use this as the starting point,from the professional of educational economic and management to discuss the cultivation of the graduate students learning outcomes.According to the research purpose and the problem to be solved,this study has two parts.The first part is the construction of the index system of postgraduates learning outcomes of educational economy and management.First,after clarifying the conception and content of postgraduates' learning outcome of educational economy and management,through the selection and revision of relevant student learning outcome indicators,to determine the preliminary indicators of postgraduate learning outcomes.Secondly,followed by Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to form the index system and the weight of the index of the graduate students learning outcome in educational economy and management.The second part is to construct the index system to form a questionnaire for empirical research.The results of the survey of 10 sample schools are used to verify the rationality of the constructed index system and to know the present situation of the educational economic and management major learning outcomes.The basic conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of postgraduates in educational economic and management is composed of two first-level indicators,six second-level indicators and twenty-seven three-level indicators.The first-level indicators are general learning outcome and professional learning outcome,the next level are further refinement of indicators;(2)Educational economic and management graduate students learning outcomes are positive,but the range is different;(3)The school graduate student learning outcomes overall was no significant difference,slightly above average in East China Normal University;(4)There are significant differences in professional theory and knowledge and professional innovation ability between different schools of educational economic and management;(5)Different school educational economic and management majors graduates' entrance and current ability level each have advantages;(6)Different characteristics of the educational economic and management graduate students in the individual learning achievement dimension is significantly different.In view of the above findings,this study attempts to explain the research findings from the training modes and the curriculum of the training unit,and the personality characteristics,students' quality and learning attitude of the students.On this basis,this research puts forward the specific suggestions to improve the students' learning outcome from the perspective of the training unit and the graduate students themselves,that is,strictly control the professional distribution,the conditional universities to make people even to read,adjust the curriculum to improve students' professional learning outcome and reverse design talent training program by result-oriented;graduate students to clear their own learning objectives,correct understanding of the profession,multi-way exercise to enhance the overall learning outcomes and pay attention to emotional attitudes,adhere to ideological morality and academic ethics.
