In 1997,the academic degree office of the state council merged the two disciplines of education economics and education management into the discipline of education economy and management.and the history of postgraduate education of this discipline is exactly two years long.In the new era,China's higher education should achieve connotative development,and achieve "quality and quality first".As a member of graduate education at the top of China's education pyramid,educational economy and management major undertakes the historical mission of cultivating high-level talents and providing intellectual support for the development of the party and the country.Therefore,we need further attention to the development of economic and management education discipline,standardize the discipline standard of discipline construction,strengthen the discipline of teachers strength,improve the discipline of personnel training mode,thus ensuring the subject in the subject development,personnel training,scientific research and social service work can have quality,truly realize the connotative development.Based on this,this paper takes the education economics and management majors of A,B,C and D universities in Jiangxi province as the research objects.By using the methods of literature research,investigation and comparison,this paper firstly reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad on the subject attribution and development of educational economics and management,talent cultivation and students' professional identity.Then it defines the related concepts and explains the four theories that support the research of this paper.Chapter three summarizes the development of educational economy and management in A,B,C and D universities in China and Jiangxi province.Chapter four makes a comparative study of the series of issues in the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in educational economy and management in Jiangxi province from the perspectives of recruitment and enrollment analysis and comparison,faculty strength analysis and comparison,and training process analysis and comparison.The fifth chapter summarizes the commonness and characteristics of the training of master's students in four universities and analyzes the main training problems and causes.The commonality is mainly manifested in the same way of enrollment,the quality of students is quite high;the status of the discipline is not high,the number of tutors is small;the training objectives are similar,and the training methods are similar.The characteristics are mainly different teachers' structure and different faculty strengths;the school has different characteristics and different research directions;the conditions for running schools are different,and the quality of training varies.The main training issues include the subject attributes to be clarified,and the professional development direction is also taught;the status of the subject is generally not high,and the various academic resources are insufficiently guaranteed;the sources of students are diverse,and the motivation of students' reading is tending to be utilitarian;the size of the faculty is uncertain,and the faculty is To be optimized or to make up;the training method is traditionally single,and the students learn to emphasize the theory and practice lightly.Based on the research on the series of postgraduate education of education economics and management majors in four universities in Jiangxi.The sixth chapter puts forward some Suggestions to improve the cultivation of educational economy and management professionals in China.Specifically,there are:(1)academic norms and discipline construction: clear discipline attributes,concise discipline direction,unified academic norms;The school strengthens the attention,enhances the discipline status,guarantees the academic resources;(2)enrollment quality and students' cognition: strengthen publicity,broaden enrollment sources,and optimize enrollment structure;Correct graduate motivation,strengthen professional identity,protect learning time;(3)faculty structure and faculty strength: adjust the size of the faculty,adjust the structure of the faculty,and strengthen the faculty;(4)inter-school cooperation and social recognition: strengthen inter-school cooperation,strengthen practical training,and highlight professional characteristics;The society deepens the understanding,the unit strengthens the approval,makes full use of the talented person.The last part explains the research summary and prospect.
