Research On Sports Economics And Management Talent Training Under The Concept Of OBE

In recent years,with the continuous development and expansion of sports economy and management major,changing education mode has become the fundamental problem that must be solved to improve the training quality of sports economy and management major.As a model of undergraduate education quality assessment in China,OBE has become the trend of higher education development in China.OBE is an innovation of education paradigm,covering three concepts of "student-centered,production-oriented and continuous improvement".Based on this,to change the cultivation mode of sports economy and management professionals and to improve the quality of talent cultivation are the problems that every university administrator and educator who sets or intends to set up this major and its related majors must face.Therefore,it is of theoretical significance and practical value to explore talent cultivation under the concept of OBE for improving training quality.In this paper,literature,comparative research,statistical analysis and other methods are used to scientifically analyze the requirements of OBE and the connotation,teaching resources and institutional management of sports economy and management major.To compare and analyze the differences of curriculum and faculty among comprehensive,finance and sports universities;Statistical analysis was used to understand the number of students majoring in sports economy and management,teachers' academic qualifications and titles,and the credit ratio of class hours of courses.The graduation situation of students was analyzed to understand the current situation of professional personnel training,and the problems existed in improving the quality of personnel training in sports economy and management were found out.It is found that sports economy and management majors have problems in four aspects:training objectives,training concepts,connecting posts and internal and external demands.The concrete manifestation:first,the contradiction between the quality and quantity of talent cultivation and the social demand is still serious;Second,the concept of cultivation is fuzzy,which causes the deviation of the concept of running a school with less comprehensive quality and more emphasis on sports skills.Third,it cannot effectively link up employment positions.Fourth,the OBE training mode will become the future trend of talent training in sports economy and management.Therefore,In accordance with national standards(business administration,sports),professional standards,professional certification standards,students' core qualities,and national policy documents,the cultivation of sports economic and management professionals based on the CONCEPT of OBE should be as follows:First,update the school philosophy.Second clear subject attribute.Third,reform teaching design.Fourth,improve the implementation of teaching.
