The school is a learning community,as the leader of the community,the principals play a role of increasingly prominent in the school curriculum construction and development of the status.For a school,the principal is the school curriculum development at the helm,but also to promote the school teachers and students Co-grow organizers and leaders.In the traditional sense,people are accustomed to associating principals with school administration,believing that principals only need to be engaged in school administration,but ignore the positive role played by principals in leading the school curriculum.At present,the new high school curriculum reform has entered the "deep water",curriculum reform is facing many difficulties and bottlenecks,if only from the "teaching" this level of education,rather than from the "curriculum",It can not break the various contradictions.In the context of the new college entrance examination,the principal is not only the implementation of the new curriculum,but also the new curriculum developers and leaders.In the context of the current policy of implementing the new college entrance examination,the curriculum leadership of senior high school principals highlights the unique status and difficult to replace the role of the principal's curriculum leadership directly determines the success of the new curriculum to promote the success of students,teachers and teachers The school's sustainable development.How can I focus on a "curriculum" and run a school?Basically,the principal is going to improve his curriculum leadership.The leadership of the course is the core leadership of the principal,and the principal can only improve the curriculum leadership ability to correctly handle and plan the relationship between the national curriculum,the local curriculum and the school-based curriculum in order to enter the classroom and do a good job in the school curriculum.In the macro curriculum background of the national three-level curriculum management system,with the new college entrance examination in Shanghai and other provinces to implement the new college entrance examination gradually,high school principals carrying the school curriculum system construction and improvement of the task,in the school curriculum leadership process encountered unprecedented.This paper comprehensively uses the method of literature,questionnaires,interviews and comparative case studies to explain the connotation of relevant curriculum theory and principal curriculum leadership.By analyzing the relationship between principal leadership and school curriculum system,The construction of the school curriculum system has become the main source of the improvement of the leadership of the school curriculum.Based on this,the"five-dimensional model" of the curriculum leadership of senior high school principals is constructed,and the concrete indicators are refined into curriculum thinking,curriculum design and curriculum Force,curriculum evaluation,curriculum resources integration of these five dimensions.On the basis of the questionnaire survey and interview,combined with the practice case of five high school,this study further analyzes the causes and problems of the present situation of the leadership of senior high school principals,and points out that there are courses in the promotion of senior high school principals Lack of knowledge level,the curriculum concept to be further updated,the principal's classroom instruction to be further in-depth,school curriculum evaluation system to be further improved and other obstacles.Based on this,the author in the study of action,in the study of reflection,proposed:from the idea of updating the principal,to enhance the value of curriculum leadership;in-depth classroom teaching to enhance the leadership of teaching;strengthen communication and cooperation,improve the integration of curriculum resources and so on China's high school principals curriculum leadership recommendations,trying to provide other researchers with a multi-angle perspective of the problem,so that people on the leadership of the curriculum leadership awareness to a new height.
