| The status of Chinese college student’s entrepreneurship education is directly related to entrepreneurship rate and entrepreneurial quality of college students and the growth of college students,it is also related to the reasonable distribution and use of human resources in china.Entrepreneurship education can achieve the role of education in promoting social progress and economic development.Entrepreneurship education is also a powerful impetus to social employment and the development of science and culture.In recent years,the phenomenon of the difficult employment of college and university graduates by the popularization of China’s higher education make the entrepreneurship education being paid more and more attention.This article is closely based on the theme of Chinese college student’s entrepreneurship education,and tries to make it more improved and perfect.In this paper,we define the concept of "entrepreneurship","entrepreneurship education","entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities” and other concepts firstly.On this basis,we point out the characteristics,theoretical basis,objectives and significance of college students’ entrepreneurship education.The characteristics of college students’ entrepreneurship education include five aspects,and they are subjectivity,practicality,innovation,science and openness.The theoretical basis of entrepreneurship education includes the theory of people’s all-round development and personality development,the theories of entrepreneurship and innovation,the theories of human capital and human job matching,the theory of three-dimensional-structure.The goals of college students’ entrepreneurship education include three aspects,namely,cultivating the entrepreneurial concept and consciousness of college students,expanding the entrepreneurial spirit and personality of college students,promoting the entrepreneurial ability and quality of college students.The significance of entrepreneurship education lies in the fact that it is not only the need of innovation oriented country construction and higher education reform,but also it is the need of solving the problem of employment of university students,and helping students to realize experience and growth.Using the system point of view,we analyze the connotations and elements of Chinese college student’s entrepreneurship education system at first.Then,we strive to analyze the psychological and sociological mechanism of Chinese college student’s entrepreneurship education system.On this basis,we try hard to investigate the actual operation of Chinese college student’s entrepreneurship education system from the combining angle of macro-perspective and microcosmic-perspective.At last,we analyze the three-dimensional structure of Chinese college student’s entrepreneurship education system which is the time dimension,the logical dimension and the knowledge dimension.Based on the empirical data,through interviews and questionnaires,this paper makes a research on the entrepreneurship education of college students in 8 universities in China.They are Wuhan University,Wuhan University of Technology,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Tongji University,etc.Through investigation,we analyze the problems of college student’s entrepreneurship education in China.It includes education concept being lack of scientificalness,education curriculum being lack of systematicness,education methods being lack of effectiveness,education teachers being lack of completeness,education environment being lack of goodness and education evaluation being lack of specialty,and so on.On this basis,we explore the causes of the problems of college student’s entrepreneurship education from the perspectives of traditional cultural factors,social factors,school factors,family factors and individual factors.Traditional cultural factors include the shackles of the traditional education system and the concept of value.Social factors include the society being lack of support for entrepreneurship education,etc.School factors include schools being lack of attaching importance to entrepreneurship education for college students,or regarding entrepreneurship education as entrepreneurs’ crash education simply,etc.Family factors include parents not wanting their children to take entrepreneurial risk and parents being lack of support for college students’ entrepreneurship education,etc.Student’s individual factors include the consciousness of participation in entrepreneurship education being weak,the understanding of entrepreneurship education being relatively simple,being lack of entrepreneurial spirit,etc.Subsequently,we point out the measures of improving the entrepreneurship education for college students based on the experience of foreign college students’ entrepreneurship education.The enlightenments of foreign college student’s entrepreneurship education to our country include establishing correct values of entrepreneurship education,establishing the concept of lifelong education,paying attention to the entrepreneurship education curriculum construction and the building of the contingent of teachers,the government supporting and guaranteeing entrepreneurship education vigorously,social forces participating the entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship education being in line with international standards.In the specific measures,we should pay attention to the development of entrepreneurship education,reform the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education,improve the methods of entrepreneurship education,cultivate the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education,set up the practice platform of entrepreneurship education,build the cultural atmosphere of entrepreneurship education,improve the system for the protection of entrepreneurship education and standardize the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education. |
