The practice of physical education is an important part of the teaching plan of Physical Education It is an important link between theory and practice.Help to improve the practical ability of students.The practice of reform and innovation of the national education,Hubei University in response to the national education reform of fundamental policy,comply with the development trend of reform,the practice time of undergraduate education has been increased from 10 weeks to 18 weeks.With the extension of educational practice,educational practice is facing new opportunities and challenges.(1)The practice of physical education major in Hubei University is mainly based on the combination of centralized and entrust,there are relatively fixed primary and secondary education practice base,In the seventh semester for a semester of educational practice.(2)The students of physical education have done the preparatory work before the practice,which is based on the practice of the password,the formation of the queue,the exercise of the radio and the preparation of the sports games.This is also the practice of pre training in the necessary basic skills training,but the preparation time is shorter,only a week,this work needs to be strengthened.(3)The content of physical education practice is diversified classroom teaching is more standardized,supplemented by extracurricular sports activities,sports competition organization and referee,sports team training,However,the scientific research of sports has not received enough attention.(4)Most of the students have 5-12 sports practice classes a week,the teachers are responsible for the students' internship,and the number of guidance is more frequent.(5)Most of the students think that through 18 weeks of physical education practice,the teachers' professional quality and comprehensive teaching ability of the interns have been greatly improved.(6)The intern's performance is evaluated by the tutor,With the extension of the practice time,the content of evaluation focuses on the comprehensive performance evaluation of the open class,Paying attention to the summative evaluation of practice should pay attention to the evaluation of the process of practice,The main body of evaluation should be based on the participants of practice,and the comprehensive evaluation criteria should be developed.(7)The extension of educational practice time is conducive to the practice of teaching arrangements,the practice of teaching in schools has little impact,welcomed by the practice school.(8)The extension of educational practice has some influence on the students who are interested in the entrance examination and employment,and they can't devote themselves to the work of the internship,the arrangement of educational practice should be improved.(9)At present,a series of research work on the reform of physical education practice has been carried out in Hubei University,The new problems in the practice of physical education practice can be improved from the following aspects:the reasonable arrangement of the educational practice time;Actively carry out the reform of the curriculum;simultaneously carry out the investigation and graduation thesis;optimize the practice base of physical education;Formulate practice school counselor task;Do internship work summary and mentoring work;The content and requirement of the practice after the extension of design practice;To strengthen the internship performance evaluation system.
