Along with the development of the society, people’s life increasingly rich, the socialdemand for high-level, high-quality sports talents is more and more high, the cultivationof all about sports colleges and universities graduate students put forward higherrequirements.2009countries began to enroll full-time master of sports, so as to furtherexpand the cultivation of sports graduate student number, meet the social needs. CapitalUniversity of Physical Education and Sports in2009to recruit the first full-time sportsmaster specialized degree graduate student, due to the short development time, eachtraining link is also imperfect. Therefore, in the master program links of sports also haveproblems more or less.This study through the literature material law, questionnaire survey method,interview method, logic analysis and other research methods, the grade2013full-timeCapital University of Physical Education and Sports master specialized degree graduatestudent work practice teaching present situation investigation, and from the basicsituation of sports master specialized degree graduate student, the unit of the constructionof practice base, practice, practice guidance teachers, practice teaching contents, teachingpractice form, practice evaluation aspects of analysis of influence of full-time factors ofsports master specialized degree graduate student teaching practice and combined withthe characteristics of university teaching practice as well as other social demand forsports talents, put forward reasonable Suggestions for the sports master specializeddegree graduate student better and more reasonable to provide reference for teachingpractice. Through the investigation and analysis in this study the following conclusions:(1) Full-time Capital University of Physical Education and Sports in school sportsmaster specialized degree graduate student internship arrangements in the form ofpractice and students’ practice, the students’ internship form, students choose theirpractice units have blindly choose phenomenon. Teaching practice lack of diversity ofpractice content, practice base type is too little, mainly in the primary and secondaryschools. The equipment is poor in the part of the internship units.(2) The intern teachers without professional training before practice teaching,teaching practice guidance level, guiding teacher shortage, there are gaps in guidance.(3) The imperfection of the curriculum, schools run by the general course,professional core courses, elective courses and graduate student academic distinction isnot big, did not have his own characteristics, also, failed to according to the professionalrequirements for big lessons for sports master graduate student. (4) The sports practice teaching work preparation is inadequate, the practiceteaching sports master before knew less about the internship units. Practice teaching ofmobilization work not enough meticulous, lack in the process of practice and practiceteaching unit of communication and feedback.From the aspects of preparation for practice teaching and practice base constructionfor interns and school some Suggestions。...
