A Study On The Current Campus Violence From The Perspective Of Marx Doctrine

Colleges and universities,which should be the very land of civilization to deliver qualified builders and successors,has been a place where all kinds of violence occurs in recent years.on the one hand,this is harmful to students normal learning life,the sound personality training and physical and mental health development.On the other hand,it does disrupt seriously the order of education and teaching and affect the construction of a good campus human environment and the construction of a harmonious society.In this paper,based on Marx's theory of social conflict,the author is going to explore status quo,the crux and the prevention and control of college campus violence from the perspective of interpersonal communication theory.This paper is designed under the train of “from the phenomenon to the essence,from the theory the and is aimed at putting forward the countermeasures for prevention of campus violence by to the practice,from the cause to the strategy” and is aimed at putting forward the countermeasures for prevention of campus violence by the application of theories like psychological intervention,interpersonal communication,frustration coping,and "Three views" education,in order to improve college students' psychological quality and comprehensive qualities,and to cultivate their sense of responsibility.At the same time,this paper aims to develop a viable mechanism for crisis prevention with the cooperation of the society,school and family.It will be started from the students' daily life,and be ended with the accomplish of solving those practical problems encountered by college students in their learning,working and thinking.In a word,we should be highly concerned about the college students group,which have the outstanding personality,active thinking and the pursuit of new differences,of ideological dynamics and behavioral dynamics and help with psychological problems,employment problems and poor family students for the purpose of the prevention and control of campus violence,and eventually to the aim of reducing the college students' campus violence for promoting the healthy growth of college students.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction.This part mainly elaborates the topic background,significance,summary on domestic and foreign research,research method,content,and the innovation and the insufficiency of the author's research.The second part is related concepts and basic theories.This part defines the concepts of violence,campus violence and other related.The author points out that the campus violence has hidden and explicit points,with a diversified,intelligent,intimate characteristics.Also,it discusses the significance and necessity of school violence prevention and control from two dimensions of Marx's social conflict theory and interpersonal communication theory.The third part is designed to talk about the present situation and the detriments of campus violence.Through the literature review,comparative analysis,case studies and other research methods,this part analyzes the campus violence in colleges and universities,summarizes the present situation,which involves interpersonal,academic issues,emotional problems,psychological problems and employment issues,and the harm of college campus violence.The fourth part: the analysis of the causes of campus violence.In this part,from four mainly factors,students themselves,family,school,society and other aspects,and from the external and the internal,from macro to micro,this paper analyzes the causes of the multidimensional system of campus violence of the college students.The last part is suggestions.The author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention and control of campus violence on the basis of the research on domestic and foreign experience.Such as we should do a good job in strengthening the socialist core value system to solve social conflicts in the field of culture,optimizing and innovating social management to resolve social conflicts and improving the legal system to resolve conflicts in the political sphere and so on.
