| Currently,two offline training agencies,Zhonggong and Huatu have occupied more than half of the traditional civil service examination training market share.But the education resources layout and teachers quality assurance are weak in small cities.So it's difficult for these students to enjoy balanced education resources.At the same time,a number of education platforms are mainly offering curriculums by live broadcast,which is leading the training market to chaos.It's no exaggeration to say that the competition among offline and online agencies is like battlefield.However,Fenbi,an online training agency stands out,has accumulated reputation and get certain status in this business field.So how to consolidate the advantages in order to keep long-term stability,is worth studying.Collecting,sorting and analyzing competitive intelligence is the precondition for modern social enterprise's success.In all walks of life,people have attached much importance to competitive intelligence.However,as for the field about online civil service examination training,the research and application of competitive intelligence is not enough.This study aims to apply the traditional intelligence theory and methods to online education platforms.This article embarks from the research's significance and innovation points,analysing the characteristics and developing situation of online education platform.Then,making a comprehensive analysis of macroscopic and microcosmic environment about online education platform by using PEST analysis and porter five models,involves the analysis of competitors.Finally,putting forward corresponding strategies by the method of SWOT strategy,deeply analyze the strategic environment of Fenbi.Hope that this paper will offer practical value to online civil service examination training platforms,such as Fenbi.And even to the whole online vocational education platforms,hope this paper can have a strategic and instructional effect. |
