A Case Study On The Parent-Child Behavior Correction Of Migrant Workers' Children

China's educational phenomenon is becoming more and more common. Now in rural areas, migrant workers go out to work more and more, they do not have more time and energy to take care of their children, so had to give their children first to the grandparents to support, and their own major economic Responsibility, which is caused by rural education is an important reason. Due to the long-term lack of parental roles, so when the work of parents with the stability of economic pressure can be alleviated slightly when the children of migrant workers in their parents and parents to re-education,there will be parent-child relationship.Although the causes of different generations of education families are not the same, but these common problems exist in the intercultry family. Parents' bad relationship between the parent and the child will not only affect the normal life between the parents and the children, but also affect the child's learning,physical and mental growth, and lead to various acts of rebellion, affecting family harmony.This article mainly studies the problem of the parent-child interaction, the unhealthy parent-child interaction, and the parent-child relationship in the migrant children who live with their migrant children when they re-live with their parents in the study,education and life.Including parent-child communication between the existence of obstacles, parent-child between the intimacy is not high, low trust between parents, two generations of education in the existence of differences, all the children lead to a variety of bad behavior, parent-child relationship alienated. From the perspective of social work,the use of case work methods, to analyze the problem, and the use of professional social work in general service process, to develop a suitable program for their own characteristics of the service program. To take the case, estimate, plan, intervention,evaluation and closing, a total of six steps, social work involved, but also use some social work practice. So as to improve communication between parents and children, to strengthen emotional ties, to correct bad parent-child behavior, to establish a harmonious parent-child relationship, to improve the growth of young people's family environment and promote the healthy growth of young people.
