At present,the inter-generational upbringing has become a common social phenomenon,and the family contradiction caused by inter-generational upbringing has become one of the most important contradictions in Chinese families.Education is a slow process.The emotion and reason of the three generations interweave together under the intergenerational upbringing,and the intergenerational contradiction is inevitable.Especially in the completely separated families,the responsibility of children's upbringing is completely borne by the grandparents.In this case,children become left-behind children in the practical sense,because of the absence of the role of parents in the family,it is easy to have a bad parent-child relationship.This kind of situation is not only in rural areas,but also in urban communities with poor economic level,so the parent-child relationship problem of urban left-behind children under the background of inter-generational upbringing needs to be solved urgently.At present,researches on parent-child relationship of left-behind children are mostly focused on psychology and pedagogy,while there are few researches on sociology,especially from the perspective of social work.Through the internship in T community in chongqing,the author learned that there are a lot of left-behind children from families with alternate parenting.After investigation and interview,it is found that left-behind children from families with alternate parenting have more or less parent-child relationship problems.Therefore,the author selected a typical case from the family of left-behind children in community T,hoping to intervene in the parent-child relationship problem of the case by using social work professionaltheories and methods,so as to help the family restore good parent-child relationship and intergenerational relationship,alleviate family contradictions,and improve the ability of the case owner's family to deal with and solve problems.And through case intervention,summarize the relevant practical experience,to provide the corresponding reference for solving the parent-child relationship problem of urban left-behind children under the background of intergenerational upbringing.This study firstly summarizes and analyzes the forms and causes of parent-child relationship problems of urban left-behind children by means of interviews and questionnaires,and then analyzes the causes of the adverse parent-child relationship of individual families through case studies: family communication dysfunction,family member role dislocation and case owner's self-cognition bias.Then the family system theory and iceberg theory were used to intervene the three problems in stages,and then the effectiveness of the service was evaluated through the parent-child relationship scale comparison and interview.Finally,the author summarizes the experience of case service and the author's reflection,and provides corresponding thoughts on how to intervene social work in the parent-child relationship of urban left-behind children under the intergenerational upbringing.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the author believes that there are mainly three forms of unhealthy parent-child relationship among urban left-behind children: parent-child relationship estrangement,parent-child relationship alienation and parent-child relationship conflict.The main reasons are: parents do not grasp the correct communication skills,parents do not act as the media for parent-child communication,and left-behind children because of the long-term left-behind psychological problems.Through case service and data analysis,the author believes that the parent-child relationship problem of urban left-behind children in the context of intergenerational upbringing is essentially an interactive problem,so the analysis should not use linear causal relationship but interactive causal relationship,and the mediating factor of parent-child relationship--grandparents--should not be ignored in the intervention.In case intervention,we should start from multiple perspectives,not only focusing on the parent-child relationship,but also from the perspective of parents' role consciousness and the psychological problems of the case owner.Finally,from the perspective of social work,the author intervenes in the parent-child relationship of urban left-behind children under the background of intergenerational upbringing.The author thinks that the author can start from the perspective of family social work at the level of individual cases,group work at the level of groups,and the establishment of linkage mechanism from the perspective of school,community and society.
