University as an important place to train talents,has an irreplaceable role,however,college teachers' job performance evaluation is to improve the quality of teachers in higher education,an important measure to make scientific assessment.However,in our country,the research work of university teachers performance evaluation belongs to the initial stage of exploration,has not yet formed a complete system of evaluation the program,so that it is important to study college teachers' job performance evaluation reform.Is to guide a number of transformation of the applied technology colleges to the transformation of the University,as the transformation of university faces a series of problems,therefore,the reform of evaluation of transformation of College Teachers' job performance is the facing challenges,how to use scientific evaluation methods to achieve the working performance of the teachers education development,is a major issue facing higher education in China.The author to applied universities as a template,using literature method,case study method,interview method and comparative analysis.Taking J University as an example,carries on the design to the performance of the reform of teachers' work J University.This paper mainly from the following aspects:The first part,It is the introduction,which includes the research background,research significance,the definition of relevant concepts,literature review,research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of the researchThe second part,describes the transformation of the work performance evaluation of the significance of the reform are expounded.Respectively from the point of view of enterprise transformation of the meaning of university teachers' job performance evaluation,the perspective transformation of college teachers' work from the school the significance of performance evaluation,from the point of view of teachers' transformation of the meaning of university teachers' job performance evaluation;The third part,analysis of the current situation of the transformation of College Teachers' job performance evaluation reform--take J University as an example.First of all,J is briefly introduced,secondly,the status of teachers' job performance evaluation of J university are introduced,finally,elaborates the performance of teachers work evaluation problems of J university;The fourth part,the reform design evaluation of transformation of College Teachers' job performance.Firstly,the transformation of College Teachers' job performance evaluation reformgoal,followed by the introduction of the transformation of College Teachers' job performance evaluation reform principle,finally design the transformation of College Teachers' job performance evaluation index system reform;The Fifth part,the reform policy research program evaluation of college teachers on university performance.Transformation is introduced from three aspects: college teachers performance assessment work of the implementation of the safeguard,the transformation of university teachers performance appraisal program operation,transformation of college teachers performance assessment program operation.
