Research On The Institutionalization Of Institutional Research In Taiwan

The research on the institutionalization of school affairs in Taiwan is developing rapidly,which plays a very important role in the management of school administration.In recent years,universities in Taiwan introduce and learn from the United States,Britain,Japan and other countries of the operation experience,pay attention to each college running efficiency and students' learning effect,the aim is to enhance the administrative efficiency,system integration and financial resources of the school in pursuit of sustainable development,and actively improve the research system,use empirical data to information,evidence for decision making standard mode.Do in-depth research and discussion on the history,the research system of Taiwan in the development of organizational structure,the main topic of the significance of the development of colleges,and in the governance aspects of the application of the research,summarize the system development experience of Taiwan and the mainland research work of enlightenment.Because of the research area involving Taiwan relevant research and implementation,using the literature analysis method,interview method,comparative method and so on,and the research on both sides of the Strait to collect the research results of the United States,Japan has been published,many scholars have formed the theoretical analysis and implementation path,as compared to the reference point.Regulations related documents and relevant literature education department,Taiwan higher school and has set up the research institutions,analysis of history and the current situation of the work system of the development of the Taiwan region to carry out specific,and summarize the experiences and put forward conclusions and recommendations.In addition,the author also uses the interview method to confirm the correctness of the collected documents,so as to make up the deficiency of the documents.Found through the analysis of background and development course of the system in advance of Taiwan area,Taiwan university students tend to be diverse and complex state,in order to enhance the university professional ability to cope with complex challenges,to enhance students' learning effectiveness,and to provide the public school enrollment information and adjust strategies to achieve sustainable development of colleges and universities.The institutionalization of school affairs research in Taiwan area can be divided into three stages,namely,the pre-stage exploration of institutionalization,the establishment of the basic stage of the self evaluation system and the further institutionalization of the policy driven by the education sector.The main tasks of the permanent school affairs research department in Taiwan include the collection and arrangement of the school affairs,the planning and formulation of policies,the promotion of academic research activities and the provision of relevant administrative services for the whole school.At present,the main issues of the research work in Taiwan are mainly focused on student affairs,resource management and the development of teaching staff and teaching.The research on school administration is mainly used in two aspects: to improve the students' learning effect and to establish the management mode.Through the research of the development and application of the Taiwan School of institutional research found that the mainland areas need to be improved and draw from the following three aspects: one is to clarify the research institutions and professional staff duties;the two is to make full use of existing data to build data platform resources;three is to improve the internal coordination mechanism of the research institutes and universities the functional departments.
