Shandong Province Sports School Students "Learning And Training" Bonding Condition And Model Reconstruction Research

With the development of competitive sports,the sports competition is now comprehensive competition,not only requires the athletes physical strength,but also needs the sports skill,intelligence,mental ability,knowledge ability,and comprehensive quality should be higher,with the development of competitive sports and the social demand for sports talents,needs more training a comprehensive development of sports talents,however,this moment,restricting the development of competitive sports talents training learning and training contradictions still exist.In order to promote the learning and training contradiction into learning and training mutual win,the students can have certain cultural literacy in have a higher level of training at the same time,I selected the Shandong province sports school training combined with the comprehensive development pattern as the research topics.In this paper,using the method of investigation,literature,interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,on the part of the city in Shandong Province:Qingdao,Ji' nan,Weihai,Zaozhuang,Binzhou,Zibo,Dongying,Jining,Rizhao,Tai'an,Laiwu,Heze 12 City Sports School of sports school students,teachers,coaches and management personnel as the research object,the status quo of Shandong province 12 city sports school training combined with the analysis.In view of the problems existing in the combination of learning and training in sports schools in recent years,this paper probes into the countermeasures and puts forward a relatively new mode of reform,and the research conclusions are as follows:(1)the proportion of young and middle-aged teachers in cultural courses in Shandong is relatively large,mainly in undergraduate education,and the majority of early and intermediate titles are from teachers' colleges and universities,accounting for most.(2)students training less,reflected in the serious attitude to training,training is positive,but the level of awareness of cultural course learning is not high,most of the students are not interested in cultural lessons,attendance and lectures are the poor performance of students'Extracurricular basic learning.Most athletes take part in the competition 3-6 times a year,which takes up a lot of study time,and the competition and learning can not be taken into account at the same time,which influences the athletes' knowledge of cultural courses.The school lacks the corresponding ideological education and the strict examination management,causes the student culture class result generally not to be high.(3)coaches mainly train gold medal athletes,not enough to study and care for athletes,and communicate with cultural teachers less.(4)schools only focus on training results and do not organize students to take entrance exams.Student texts courses,academic achievement award amount is lower,most in 100-200 yuan.The teacher' s strict implementation of the syllabus lacks flexibility and can not be implemented in accordance with the conditions of the athletes' participation,so that the competition and cultural courses can not be coordinated according to the actual situation.(5)the sports school curriculum can basically meet the needs of students'cultural courses,but the courses offered are not complete,and the lack of basic sports theory courses and technical courses situation is serious.(6)on the surface of the sports schools,the combination of learning and training is carried out according to the relevant policies of the state,but in fact,the sports training management and the teaching of cultural courses are organically combined in the management measures of the sports school.(7)in order to improve the athletes' training level and achieve good results,the sports department attaches importance to the cultivation of special ability,and the Sports Bureau and the education bureau need to strengthen the training and comprehensive development of talents in the sports school.(8)established the Shandong Province Sports School Students "learning and training" mode of combination,including:leadership,teachers,coaches,students and parents "five in one" training of school child pattern;training,cultural courses and extracurricular training development of chemical sub model;competition and cultural development training counseling chemical sub learning mode;the training results and linked with the sub model;learning achievement,training performance,competition performance comprehensive evaluation of learning and training combined with sub model.
