At present, social, economic and educational development etc., many new situations put new request to primary and junior high school teachers' qualities of Shandong province. To improve the teacher's quality lies on the teachers' training of high quality. It is an important and urgent task to seek the scientific training pattern of primary and junior high school teachers faced by teacher education of Shandong province.In Shandong province, the primary and junior high school teachers' training mainly regards closing, definite training patterns as principle currently. Under the new situation, this kind of training pattern limits the promotion of teachers' training organizations, results in the difficult employment of students in normal universities, even influences their future development and brings the teaching quality of primary and junior high school down gradually. It is necessary and urgent to reform the training pattern of primary and junior high school teachers in Shandong.The training pattern's reformation of primary and junior high school in Shandong province should referring to the advanced experience of that in developed countries, following the scientific principles of setting up a pattern, combining Shandong's multi-layer demands for primary and junior high school teachers, gradually put forward the training pattern's transformation from the definite to the mixed training pattern which is combined with the definite and the non-definite training pattern. Meanwhile, we should draw up the quality's . evaluating standards of teacher education's organizations, improve the training courses' standards of primary and junior high school teachers, perfect the evaluating system of teacher education's organization. Only so, can it guaranteethe training pattern's effective operation.hi consideration of social, economic and basically educational reality of Shandong province, this kind of mixed training pattern is the practical choice faced by the teachers' training of primary and junior high school in Shandong province. The open and non- definite training pattern of teachers after university is becoming the development goal of the teachers' training pattern of primary and junior high school in Shandong province.
