The practice of physical education is not an important component of theteaching plan, but also a necessary way to educate the professional. The practicecan make students promote their knowledge into ability, guide role transformationfrom the student to the teacher, and also form a good structure of skills, knowledgeand personal qualities. For quite some time, the practice of physical educationplays a very important role in physical education of colleges and universities.However, according to the investigation, a large number of drawbacks were foundin sports education practice work of colleges and universities of Shandongprovince at present, including: practice content relatively simple, practice timeshort, lack of guidance teaching practice becomes formalistic and so on. In order tosolve these problems and improve the quality and effect of education practice, theauthor attempts to construct a new mode of practice teaching which goes forwardone by one and suits for the current situation of colleges and universities inShandong.This research investigated the current situation of sports education practice inShandong and analyzed the results by means of the methods of literature review,interview, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics. By consulting a large numberof literatures about educational practice, the development tendency of educationalpractice at home and abroad was understood. On the basis of previous researchresults, and combined the advanced foreign educational practice experience withthe actual situation of Shandong province sports education, a new practice modethrough a grade to the fourth grade is expected to structure., The purpose isstrengthening the pertinence and enhancing the effect of educational practice.Meanwhile, the graduates can improve their capacity of competition and realizetheir own sustainable development.The progressive education practice mode is building type to improve thestudents’ teaching ability as the goal, from the content, time, the evaluationstandards of practice mode. The progressive type education practice mode is notonly know process, also is the process of development, and to help studentsprogressive sports teaching experience and improve the master PE teaching ability.Follow the "from vivid intuitive to abstract thinking, from the abstract thinking topractice" the understanding law, in line with the knowledge, practice instruction inreaction to know. The progressive type education practice mode from forming the sports teaching of the basic concepts, understand the specific steps the physicalteaching process, analyzes the sports teaching process of specific problems, andput forward own understanding of physical education teaching, into specificteaching practice, the practice of analyzing and solving problems, and finally reachthe extent of the teaching skill skillfully use.
