Under The Guidance Of Recovery Concept In Mental Rehabilitation Social Work Of Application Research

In recent years,the traditional psychopathic service model has been questioned,the concept of recovery concept in the mentality of the service model due to the good results in practice more and more attention.Based on the field of social work,this paper retrospectively analyzes the recovery process of seven psychoticby qualitative research methods.It is found that the dilemma of obstructing patients is divided into two factors: intrinsic and external factors.Among them,the internal adverse factors are: disease symptoms interference,social contact closure and homogeneity,the future feel at a loss and so on.The limitations of the external environment of the psychotic are the lack of family and relatives and friends support,the public denial of the mental patients,the weak social support network,etc.In addition,the Psychoticalso suffer from a series of chaotic rehabilitation services.This research found that it is this life in the long-term accumulation of poor internal growth and external effects of the interaction process,and ultimately affect the recovery of mental patients.Social workers in the concept of recovery under the guidance of the seven psychiatric patients to carry out case services,the main contents involved are: to help the victim emotions catharsis,to enhance disease management,the use of advantages to promote the ability to play,planning the future,the establishment of resource oasis,deal with discrimination,mutual growth and so on.The research found that psychologists can show a positive recovery process when social workers are involved in the path of recovery of Psychotic,helping patients to deal with physical conditions,developing strategies to tackle the disease,and building a good social support network.The main research findings are as follows: First,There are different requirements for social workers to intervene in the process of recovery,These processes include the following aspects :in the establishment of a good professional relationship,a positive recovery assessment,a comprehensive intervention plan,recovery result detection.Second,Social workers need to follow the following principles in the process of intervention,Advocate self determination,encourage patients to take responsibility,empowerment and power,Pay attention to the comprehensive development of patients,the establishment of hope and enhance action.Third,the social work involved in the value orientation should pay attention to subjective experience and ability-based service idea.Finally,according to the analysis of the study summarized the following points: the recovery of the mental factors and dynamic course,the role of social work intervention,social workers involved in the restrictions.In addition,this research puts forward a series of suggestions on how social workers can use the concept of recovery to carry out mental rehabilitation work and future research direction.
