Comprehensive Study On Social Work Participation In Post-disaster Recovery And Reconstruction In Xiaogan City

China is a country with frequent natural disasters,with various disaster types,a wide range of influence and great damage.The disaster has caused great losses to the residents in their jurisdiction,such as the collapse of houses,the destruction of fertile farmland,and casualties.Social work has also made vigorous development in these rescue areas,and has played an increasingly prominent role in the field of disaster relief.The scope and type of participation in disaster relief have gradually expanded,and it has accumulated a lot of rich experience in the development of the field of post-disaster recovery and reconstruction.However,China is a country with unbalanced development.Affected by this,the development of social work is greatly unbalanced.Therefore,this paper focuses on the intervention of post-disaster recovery and reconstruction of social work,takes the post-disaster recovery and reconstruction work of Xiaogan City as an example,and adopts field research and literature research to specifically study the problems existing in the intervention process of social work and the deficiencies of intervention in Xiaogan City.After research,this paper believes that Xiaogan City,as a small city in central China,has brought more serious obstacles to the intervention of social work in the process of post-disaster reconstruction.The intervention of social work should combine the particularity of Xiaogan City,fully explore the potential of the affected areas of Xiaogan City in the process of intervention,integrate the professional methods and skills of social resources and social work,improve the service level of social work intervention in the field of post-disaster recovery and reconstruction,and better serve the people in the affected areas.At the same time,it should face up to the deficiencies in the process of social work intervention,make up for the defects through research and analysis,optimize the work intervention mode of the color association,better improve the professional and service level in the process of social work intervention,and promote the coordinated development of China’s social work in the field of disaster relief to a certain extent.
