China has all long been attaching great importance to education and even greater importance to the rules of educational development.The education of our country is based on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude to help them achieve their integrated development.China has practiced the trial implementation of nine-year compulsory education system for over twenty years and gotten huge achievement.The low educational level of Chinese people has been a big barrier to the development of the society.But as time goes by,the educational system and its various laws and regulations are being brought into balance with the social development.To achieve the important educational strategy,our government has invested a large amount of material resources and financial resources,which naturally include the investment in the education of Mongolian students.Providing aid for the poverty stricken students and equal chance for each child,scholars,educators and teachers has designed teaching outline for each subject and implemented it for years.And they have make big achievements in raising the learning efficiency of students and teaching quality of teachers through studying students' learning abilities and exploring scientific ways of teaching.This thesis mainly studies the case of the implementation of the teaching scheme and its beneficial effects both on teachers and students.Research and innovation are the main manifestation of the development of education.Department of Education of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region has organized a number of conferences of educational reform to advocate the leading role of teachers in the process of reform and encourage their active participant in the educational reform and innovation.The educational reform plays an important role in promoting the Mongolian educational development.However,there still exist some problems in the application process of the specific requirements of the reform.For example,students have various learning bases,learning interests and acceptance of the teaching methods of the new curriculum reform,all of which have an unfavorable effect both on teaching and learning efficiency.A good teaching method will not only bring direct influence to the learning attitude and efficiency of students,but also influence the teaching quality of schools and the development of Mongolian education and culture.There are some shining points in the guided teaching plans used in the the Mongolian schools.And there are some deficiencies as well,which is because they are not scientific or adequate enough.And at the same time,the understandings and attitudes towards the guided teaching plans vary from person to person,leaving the use of them one of the hottest issues in Mongolian schools.This thesis consists of four parts.Part one talks about the requirements of writing guided teaching plans.Part two is the analysis of the recognition of the use of the guided teaching plans in Daban No.1 Middle School.Parts three tells the current application situation of the plans in the school.Part four gives advice on the use of them in the history teaching in the Mongolian senior high schools.On the basis of studying relevant materials about guided learning plans,the author takes Daban No.1 Middle school as a case to make an initial analysis of the present condition of writing and using the plans in history classes,of the recognition of the teachers and students towards them,of their efficiency on the improvement of teaching quality and of the deficiencies they have.And at the same time,the author gives her personal advice on the solution to the deficiencies.
