The educational theory of the new curriculum reform is really instructive to teachin g practice,which deserves all the teachers attention and meditation.The reforms of educ ational concept,teaching content,and teaching method are coming out.It is an urgent n eed for teachers to adjust their teaching method,and for the students to improve their lea rning ability.In the practice of teaching history in senior middle school,the application of guided learning plan has become a useful teaching method for the development of the reform of senior middle school curriculum.The guided learning plan also provides the students wit h a platform for learning.As a tool for both teachers and students,the design and effectiv eness of guided learning plan becomes a critical point for its application in teaching.This paper researches on the guided learning plan,which is applied in senior middle school history classes in S Middle School in Lanzhou.Based on the analysis of the students performance during three years in the senior middle school,the paper proposes that teaching stratergy,when necessary,should be adapted according to the teaching practice,and effective guided learning plan should be used in order to better organise and guide the learning of the students.This paper discusses the choosing of the topic,the research approach and research methodology,and it collects related questions thorough questionair in Lanzhou S middle school.Then,this paper further discusses and analyzes the related problems in the design and application of the guided learning plan.Based on the reseach,the theory of the guided learning plan and the practice of teaching in history class is closely connected,and some suggestions for its design and use are also prosposed to develop and improve the teaching in history classes.Therefore,the teaching efficiency in history class is maximized to promote the cooperation of the teaching of the teacher and the learning of the students step by step.
