In recent years,with the rapid development of competitive sports,more advanced training theory and the improvement of the rich,conform to the objective law of sports training core stability training is currently more scientific,more rational one of sports training methods.With the development of recent years,the effectiveness and practicability of core stability training in Olympic sports has been confirmed by the world's high-level athletes.Also,as an important part of physical training,it is included in the 2012 edition of sports training.Nowadays,not only the public aerobics have been popular with more and more in all parts of the country,and along with the rapid development of the sports in our country,competitive aerobics has become our country the advantage of the project development projects,is an international leading level.Under the guidance of the new rules of FIG calisthenics,the increase of the difficulty level is also reflected from the side to the higher requirements of competitive aerobics athletes.Once you are unable to achieve high quality,it will affect the next movement and even the whole action.Due to the particularity of the special technology of competitive aerobics,the physical control ability and physical ability of the athletes are very high.On the one hand,this ability depends on the special physical quality,but more importantly,it maintains a good center of gravity and dynamic stability in the process of body movement.But traditional control training simply improve the waist abdomen strength of athletes,the training content just increase athletes training load and intensity,training method on monotonous cannot stimulate the interest in training of athletes.Therefore,starting from the actual needs of competitive aerobics,using core stability training system of physical training for athletes to achieve basic physical quality and enhance athletes special physical quality goal as the starting point of this thesis research.This study on the connotation of core stability training theory and its development,on the basis of in-depth study,through the literature material law,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,such as training experiment method,and using mathematical statistics to deal with the experimental data and analysis,the results showed that:1 traditional training are still can effectively enhance the effect of dynamic strength training,and to reflect the body core stability control movement,though in comparison before and after the experiment group has obvious improvement,but lies in the contrast between the core stability training groups,to improve the effect is not obvious,that one bottleneck,this increase is limited,the traditional training methods lack of ontology to balance the training of the feeling.Compared with traditional training,the training effect of core stability is better than that of traditional strength training,especially the improvement of body trunk stability and the improvement of balance transfer.2 in group A difficulty on the finish quality of the core stability training has A great improvement to its,compared to traditional training,core stability training as the core strength of ascension,make the athletes in the technical key points of the lift the suspension achieve better effect,carry buttock twist to A certain extent,also reflects the strength of athletes and shrinking capacity of core.3 in group B difficulty movement on the finish quality of core stability training through the ascension of the core strength to further strengthen the core muscles during contraction of endurance and rigidity,and in the process of swivel compared to traditional training can better keep the posture control.4.In the completion quality of the difficulty movement of group C,the core stability training was higher than the control group in both the effective maintenance of balance and the core endurance.In group D difficulty movement on the finish quality of core stability training show the difference with the traditional training,the training of the unstable way to strengthen the athletes self perception of balance and control,single foot of the experimental significantly decr eased,explain core stability training can improve the competitive aerobics athlete's body control and balance ability,can effectively improve athletes difficulty movement related technologies.
