Abstract: Core strength training is a new training idea and method. In abroad, the relevant research application is mature. These years, in our country, many scholars study the core strength as a project. And they find that the core strength training is good to develop the core muscle strength, improve the body control and equilibrium, coordinate the body muscle’s forces,improve the performance.Competitive aerobics belongs to difficult and beautiful skills group, and has the essential features of the group—difficult, beautiful, new, stable. The difficulty movement is part of competitive aerobics. It displays the physical stamina of the aerobics athlete. It is also the key of training and game winning. The quantity of difficulty movement is large, the space changes widely, the structure is complex and the accuracy is high. It require strong strength, especially the core muscles. It is necessary that there is a effective method of complete the difficulty movement. The literature, expert interviews,,experiment, and mathematical statistics are applicative in this paper. The article does a experimental research on the systematic core strength training, The following conclusions:1.Core strength training is part of strength training. Because of different training mode and target. It makes up for deficiency of traditional waist abdomen strength training in a certain extent, and plays a certain role in competitive aerobics difficulty movement to finish high quality.2.Compared with control group, illustrate the feature of core strength training combined with competitive aerobics difficulty movement. It can achieve ideal effect in the explosive force, control force of action and equilibrium, aimed at the main force of the muscles training.3.Core strength training and other strength training is complementary to each other.It is our orientation to combined with the characteristics and rules of special movement, and formulate a scientific, effective training method...
