With the development of ICT in education,digital teaching practice has been used in our real study.However,because of the ineffective integration of information technology and traditional teaching,ICT has not been well-designed.Therefore,it failed to inspire the potential of learners in digital classroom.Since classroom interaction plays an active role in learning activities,which directly affect the teaching effect and quality,it can be used to promote integration effect.In order to help teachers launch precises interaction,effective instruct intervention and strategy adjustments,this paper focuses on the optimization of digital classroom interaction from the perspective of learning analytics.This paper explores how to use technologies to collect,process and analyze real-time interactive data of classroom,and estimate the future state and behavior of learners,expecting to improve the effectiveness of classroom interaction and strengthen the depth of integration with ICT.At first,this paper discusses the classroom interactive behavior analysis systems,then analyses some digital classroom videos and makes a questionnaire survey to investigate the current digital classroom interaction,and sums up the problems of the conventional classroom.Referring to some classical learning analytics models,this article proposes a digital classroom interactive optimization framework based on the data about video analysis and questionnaire survey and three guidance theories.The framework including data collection layer,behavior analysis layer and teaching application layer these three levels.After that,this paper applies the framework and designs two cases that "Early warning of problem students" and "Auto-push service of learning resources",then designs and develops a prototype to solve some real problems.Ultimately,the effectiveness of these two cases has been evaluated through experts5 interview and teachers' survey.The results of the evaluation show that:the functional design of these cases is in line with the actual needs,and meets the requirement of the current digital classroom interaction.In sum,the digital classroom interactive optimization framework based on learning analytics provides some ideas and practical guides for the design of teaching activities.
