Research On The Evolution Of "Campus Football" In Jiujiang

On April 14,2009,under the close attention of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly launched the national youth campus football activities in more than2,000 schools in 44 cities nationwide.Jiangxi Province in September the same year,"Jiangxi Province youth campus football implementation program"(hereinafter referred to as "program").This paper investigates the evolution of campus football in Jiujiang City under the background of "program",and uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,in-depth investigation and systematically.The conclusions and suggestions are as follows:(1)Before 2009,the overall level of development of Jiujiang campus football is relatively backward,the government and relevant functional departments for the lack of awareness of activities,coupled with the impact of traditional educational concepts,making football activities in primary and secondary schools to carry out the situation is not optimistic,Of the domestic activities to carry out a better city there is still a big gap.(2)In 2009 to 2014,Jiujiang City campus football activities gradually on track,higher levels of leadership for the activities of the cognitive level has improved,increased the form of football activities,capital investment has increased significantly,site equipment and other hardware facilities gradually Perfect,basically meet the activities to carry out the standard,but the development of the campus football league is relatively slow.(3)Since 2015,Jiujiang City Campus Football Development Department in a steady rise in the stage,the work carried out in full swing,but the popularity and promotion is not enough,high school and university campus football activities to carry out more backward,football into the classroom,large Class and class league and other activities to be carried out to be strengthened.(4)At present,Jiujiang campus football work there are several aspects of the problem: the low level of awareness of the activities;policy support system and incentive mechanism is not perfect;lack of funds;venues facilities quality and quantity can not meet the requirements;Professional level is not high;competition system is not perfect with the traditional concept of education affect these factors have greatly restricted the Jiujiang City campus football activities in-depth development and promotion.Jiujiang City campus football activities sustainable development countermeasures:Jiujiang City campus football development should do the following aspects: to increase the campus football campaign propaganda,improve the overall level of awareness;increase funding,site facilities,improve the level of coaches business;improve the management mechanism,improve security System;to strengthen the cooperation between the sports sector and the education sector;to build a comprehensive system of diversified campus football league system;to strengthen the school and local professional football club contact and convergence.On the basis of this,the paper summarizes the successes and shortcomings of Jiujiang campus football activities in the past few years,deepens the construction of campus football,comprehensively promotes the popularization of football,and gradually forms the independent mode of Jiujiang campus soccer activities,and constructs juvenile football reserve Talent training system.
